Hidden Pines

I shot a wedding for a sweet couple at this charming venue last fall. Their original wedding plans had to change due to weather conditions that changed quickly overnight. The venue staff worked diligently to redirect the plans to create the perfect wedding for this deserving couple. It ended up being so intimately beautiful! Hope to shoot another happy couple here again!

I Attended an event here. This is a first class operation. Everything that is needed to have an event in a great country setting. Catering Connection Sweetwater catered the event. I am also impressed with their food and service.

We had our wedding at this venue and it was absolutely amazing!! We were looking for a place that would meet all of our needs and the owners of Hidden Pines were willing to accomodate everything we needed. The property is beautiful and the venue was rustic but very classy. We were given all day the day of the wedding to decorate and make it our own. The areas available for the bride and groom to get ready were perfect. We enjoyed our special day and you would not regret checking this place out!!

I recently had the pleasure of having my wedding at the most amazing venue I have been to. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the beauty and elegance of the venue. It was spacious and well-lit, with stunning decor and tasteful furnishings that created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff at the venue were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure that every guest was comfortable and had everything they needed. The attention to detail was truly impressive, from the carefully arranged centerpieces to the impeccable table settings. Overall, I would highly recommend this wedding venue to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable experience. From the beautiful setting to the exceptional service, everything about this venue was amazing. I can't wait to attend another event there in the future!

i had my wedding here in may of 2023 it was absolutely beautiful and the exact venue i had in mind for my wedding the view is absolutely amazing and so are the owners john and janna they are such amazing people. if you are looking for a wedding venue i 100% recommend this one!

My wife and I had our wedding here in December 2023. The barn was beautiful. Communication with Janna was clear and she was very helpful. The venue was plenty big for our 100 guests and the amenities were everything we wanted and more. I can't recommend using their services enough.

Wedding was 4.25.26. The pros I will give, is the barn and property are beautiful. What drew us to this place ultimately was the woman Dana that we met with 1st. Incredibly sweet and made you feel she’d be right by your side and cater to you. Granted, the venue price was also a selling factor but not the main one. Giving what I dealt with I would have spent way more for a better outcome. I got a message from Dana couple months before the wedding, that she was no longer available to work the venue and referred us to reach out to Janna the venue owner. This made me nervous so I called a meeting with Janna. She was nice, I’ll give her that, but didn’t give me the fuzzy feeling that Dana did. There was a lot of information lost between Dana & Janna on what was originally discussed. Here’s where things went bad. I get a text the DAY before my wedding while getting ready to arrive for rehearsal that Janna will no longer be available and her daughter is now the go-to person. I believe she’s in high school btw. At the rehearsal I find many many wasp nest in the barn. Which the daughter along with her boyfriend did take care of. The mason jars they offered up for center pieces were dirty. I had to wash those. The chairs in the barn were covered with pollen. I had to clean 50 chairs. A major issue was the cleanliness of their bridal suite which they rent out as an air B&B, and we were to stay at the night of our wedding. On the surface it looked nice. But it was as if the people staying there before us took the trash out, since there were no trash can liners, and then the owners never came in to clean. There was food spilled in the refrigerator and I had to cleaned that. The bathroom had poop & pee splatter in/on the toilet. I had to clean that. I could have (texted) them to come and do all these things. But, at this point I want it done right and I shouldn’t have to text someone to get the help I need. These things should have all been done prior to my wedding!! We should have been repeatedly checked in on, or they should have stayed there the whole time by our side. The final straw was when the girl’s boyfriend came to the barn the morning of wedding as we were setting up and stated the third person (daughter) was unavailable and he was now the contact person. I kept my composure throughout this whole ordeal because I wanted to try to stay positive for my wedding. But I was angry!! Needless to say, my husband and I didn’t sleep in their bridal suite/air B&B. We had to spend more money on a hotel because I didn’t trust their bedding was clean if they can’t clean other amenities. This was all so unprofessional. To go through 4 different people in this process is ridiculous. Janna should have been over all this after the 1st contact was made unavailable. And, Janna should have been by our side. Everything should have been clean and ready well before our big day. If you choose this venue I really hope they get their act together because this added so much stress and anger to my most important day. They really didn’t seem to care much, and I shouldn’t be made to feel like an inconvenience. I want to note that they seem like nice people and were nice during our minimal interactions. But changes need to be made so this doesn’t happen to someone else.
