The traditional post and beam barn has been remolded to serve as a wonderful location for family and friends to come together and celebrate your wedding day.

Facilities and Capacity

The Barn at Chestnut Sprints is honored to welcome couples as they celebrate their joyous wedding day. This climate-controlled barn provides indoor and outdoor event space to accommodate up to 120 wedding guests. This gray-weathered wooden structure features vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, chandeliers, and elegant wall sconces. A stone patio, covered pavillion and 13-acre wooded cove sit just outside the building, offering beautiful year-round views. Two dressing rooms provide additional space for the wedding party to gather and relax prior to and during wedding festivities.

Services Offered

The Barn at Chestnut Springs provides venue rental for wedding ceremonies and receptions. The team of dedicated staff will be on hand to ensure that every element of your wedding day is carefully considered and executed. The wedding package includes rental of The Barn for 8 hours on the date of the wedding, 1 hour for rehersal and 3 hours to drop off decor and start decorating the barn space at an agreeded time and date before the wedding. The venue rental includes 2, dressing rooms, 3,bathrooms, 20, 6-foot banquet tables, 2, 4-foot banquet tables, 2, 8-foot banquet tables 1, 60-inch round table, antique folding chairs, table linens, burlap runners, audio equipment, wireless internet, 1, wooden log arbor, 1, wooden cross, 1, wooden triangle, 2, whiskey barrels, log rounds, cake stands, cupcake stands, doughnut wall, glass cylinders, mason jars and many wedding signs to choose from. The team provides setup and breakdown of ceremony and reception tables and chairs. This pet-friendly venue is an ideal choice for those looking to include their furry friends in their festivities.

Location

This venue is situated near the 520,000-acre Great Smoky Mountains National Park and tourist attractions at Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This mountain vacation area in eastern Tennessee is the home of Dollywood, dinner theaters, the Space Needle observation tower, and the amusement park and ski resort Ober Gatlinburg. The property is easily accessible and a number of overnight accommodations are nearby for out-of-town guests.

Everything I wanted

The barn was beautiful. Everything turned out exactly how I envisioned it. I'm so thankful that we chose the barn at chestnut springs because Melanie and her team were just the nicest and most helpful people. I can't thank them enough for helping out to the extent that they did. I never once felt stressed because Melanie made sure everything ran smoothly for us. The barn was a beautiful backdrop to all of the flowers from our florist. I couldn't be happier.

Incredible experience from start to finish

I don't even know where to start, the entire experience from beginning to end was absolutely incredible. The venue is beautiful, a great size especially for small to medium weddings, and the grounds offer a variety of options for background. It's beautiful in all the seasons we visited, but we were very happy to have selected it for our winter wedding. It really created the perfect warm ambiance, and our guests had many compliments. Melanie is a blessing! She was so very kind and helpful from the beginning, all the way through to the end. The Barn is beautiful and an amazing venue as it is - the photos speak for itself on that one - but Melanie is really what makes The Barn magical. She paid close attention to detail, was very attentive and picked up on subtle clues to help guide us in the right direction, and really knows how to both jump in to help and let us have our day our way. I am so incredibly thankful for her and The Barn for setting the perfect scene for our day.

Melanie and her team were remarkable. Helped to take care of every detail it was an awesome experience

Melanie was very deliberate about taking care of every detail from placing of tables to decorating the room moving furniture placement of ceremony. She was available every time we needed her prior to the wedding and very attentive on the day of the wedding. Our granddaughter got married there two weeks ago it was the Burkett Ogle wedding and we would highly recommend this venue to any bride or anniversary couple or celebration that needed a venue. Everything was beautiful and all that we expected and more. Thank you so much Melanie for a wonderful memory for our grandchildren and all of our guests and family. It was an outstanding evening we so appreciate you and you're caring professional attitude.

Absolutely Amazing Venue

We just had our 5 year vow renewal here at The Barn. This place was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The owner Melanie was hands down the absolute best! She helped us with every single thing she possibly could from decorating to coordinating. Melanie treated us like we were family the entire year that we worked with her to plan things. She allowed us to come to the barn to do a practice on decorating and was there for us in anyway she possibly could be. She answered our numerous questions and was more than patient as we sorted out our plans && decided how we wanted to do everything. I will always be so grateful for her when I look back on our special day. She made it easy and enjoyable all the way around. I can’t say enough about how wonderful she was and how amazing and beautiful the barn was. Thank you again ♥️

Top notch experience

Melanie is a hard worker and devoted to making her brides dreams come true. Melanie and her family went above and beyond in every situation, I can not say enough about our day at the Barn at Chestnut Springs. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a venue.

Melanie was amazing to work with!

I chose The Barn at Chestnut Springs for our destination wedding. The barn itself is beautiful and rustic (and very affordable for the area) - but my review is more about the owner of the barn, Melanie.
The difference between the barn and every other venue was Melanie and her passion for each bride to have a perfect day. Every vendor I booked RAVED about Melanie and how every wedding at the barn runs smoothly and how much of a joy she is to work with. She want above and beyond during several points of the wedding planning process and made personal phone calls to me to answer my questions.
The day of, rain threatened my outdoor ceremony and Melanie with my coordinator had all of the chairs and decorations moved inside. About 5 mins before the start of the ceremony, the rain lightened a bit and I asked to move everything back outside. Melanie was so sweet and moved everything back outside, we even started on time! I couldn’t have imagined my wedding day without sweet Melanie!

The best venue!

This venue was so beautiful and the perfect pick for the amount of people we wanted at our wedding. Melanie & her husband owns the barn and they went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day went smoothly! I couldn’t have asked for anything better. 10/10 recommend

Wedding Venue

Melanie and her crew at The Barn at Chestnut Springs made my day everything I had imagined and MORE. This venue provided that rustic ambiance while also bringing an element of elegance that was unrivaled by any other venue my husband and I visited prior to our wedding day. Melanie goes above and beyond her duties as the venue owner. She helped decorate and even made a last minute dash to pick up cutlery for our day when we realized it was not provided by our caterer. If you’re looking for the PERFECT venue and above and beyond customer service...look no further!
