Heirlooms is a full service event planning and design company creating artful, intimate and authentic atmospheres and events. Through thoughtful collaboration and curation, we provide impeccable event planning, coordination and styling all while helping clients create beautiful stories, individualized spaces and stress-free memorable moments from the big picture down to the details.

We operate primarily throughout SW Colorado, SE Utah, the Rocky Mountains and are happy to travel. We also offer services in staging and styling for product positioning, creative content and interiors.

    Just the BEST. Period. End of story.

    Elsa and her team make absolute magic. Really... there is no one that can compare to Heirlooms. They bring it 100% to every single wedding. At a recent wedding that I officiated in Silverton at the Wyman, Elsa turned the dining room into a Dutch still life painting. Every decoration was perfectly placed, the color palette was incredible, the little details pulling it all together into a quaint, yet elegant display. I LOVE officiating weddings that Elsa and her team are designing because I know they are going to be nothing but eye candy. Plus, she's a super cool person and extremely professional and easy going, so that's all a bonus. :)

    Beautiful Coordination of a Mountain Wedding

    Elsa and her team were the reason that our wedding day was as smooth and beautiful as it was! As a bride planning a wedding from a few states away, Elsa was so helpful in the process. She had the best vendor recommendations, understood the vibe of the day we wanted, and put all the details together with us. We are convinced it would have been 10x harder without her help and expertise. I would definitely recommend hiring Elsa and her team!

    Best Planner in Southwest Colorado

    If you are getting married or planning an event, Elsa from Heirlooms is your girl! She has an eye for detail, beauty, creativity and will take care of you like none other. Leave the planning to her, and enjoy and be present on your day. I cannot recommend Heirlooms enough!
