They need someone calm, organized, and proactive to take over when the big day arrives. With a background in education and years of hands-on event experience, Amber built a team that thrives behind the scenes: managing timelines, directing vendors, cueing the ceremony, placing décor, and solving problems before anyone else even notices them.

We’ve coordinated more than 1800 events across Southwest Colorado, and no two celebrations are ever the same. Whether you’re hosting an intimate mountain gathering or a full guest list party, our job is simple: protect your vision and keep the day flowing <3
