Floriography is a floral design boutique based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The shop specializes in crafting garden-inspired floral arrangements for wedding events. It is a farm-to-florist boutique, where every flower is freshly picked from the boutique's own farm or from other local growers. The boutique uses only quality flowers and plants, including native plants, desert botanicals, and heirloom blooms.
Experience Emily, the farmer florist, began working in the floral industry in 2011, when she began selling flower bouquets at a local market and attracting seasonal customers. Her dream of making local flowers accessible to her community then grew into a successful business. To say that Emily James and the team at Floriography Flowers exceeded our expectations is an understatement. There truly are no words. Emily's design, color palette, mood board, and recommendations captured our vision and beyond.
From start to finish, she was incredible to work with and always showed us grace despite having to postpone our wedding 4 times due to COVID-19. As a bride, I couldn't be more appreciative of the kindness, warmth, creativity, and positivity that Emily always showed us.
Hers and her team's experience and talent radiate in everything they do. From the ceremony decor to the tables and the cocktail hour and our bouquets- everyone was truly blown away by the magic they created for us.
Last but certainly not least, they made the most incredible leash adorned with beautiful touches and florals that would dry easily so that we could keep a lasting memory of our pug, Chewy always. To think of those details unprompted on our behalf is a partner that I'll never forget.
We truly enjoyed working with Emily and her team and would choose Floriography again and again. She is a delight to work with, get to know, and is so incredibly talented.

Gorgeous flowers!
We knew we wanted to get our wedding flowers from Floriography from the beginning, and we were so grateful that they were so easy to work with when we had to transform our large wedding into a smaller event this year. And the flowers were absolutely gorgeous!

Beautiful and fun!
The Floriography team was such an awesome part of our special day. Flowers was a part of our wedding budget that was a little tighter, and Emily and her team really worked with us to make sure we could get our dream wedding at the price we wanted. It was so much fun to sit down and do our planning meeting-this was one of my favorite parts of the wedding planning process! The flowers came out beautifully and worked so well with the rest of our wedding set-up. They were so unique and quirky, but still classy.

Emily + Team are Creative Geniuses!!!
I was absolutely blown away by my experience working with them. I had a vision, but was having a hard time articulating exactly what I wanted my wedding to look like in terms of colors, designs and florals to my vendors. I had one conversation with Emily and within days her and her team had brought to life EXACTLY what I was looking for in a design and creative brief. We used these docs with all of our vendors to bring to life our wedding. I honestly don't know what we would have done without them. Working with Emily is a bride's dream - she's patient, flexible, full of big ideas to wow your guests and DELIVERS. When I saw our florals on the day of our wedding I almost started crying. They were perfect. I could not recommend the Floriography team more!!

Highly recommend!
All of my wedding arrangements by Angela were gorgeous from our bouquets, to our centerpieces to our alter pieces. My guests and I were blown away! In the midst of my busy morning when the flowers arrived, they made me stop in my tracks and things started to set in, they made me extremely excited. Honestly i didn't know exactly what I wanted but she was able to take my scrambled ideas and make them beautiful. I wish i had room in my house to keep every arrangement. She is truly amazing at what she does! Floriography came highly recommended to me and I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Works within our budget and very creative!
We had a large wedding but didn't have a large budget for flowers. Floriography worked within our budget and come up with a beautiful design theme for our wedding. They even used clippings from our own yard and incorporated them into my daughters bouquet! They were very accommodating and professional and the flowers were amazing!

One of a kind! We had a vision going into our wedding that Floriography was able to make a reality. They went above and way beyond. Our guests were in aw of the artistry and rich color schemes that draped every corner of our celebration. Floriography truly earns it’s name in the art of communication through flowers. They made our wedding a symphony of color and detail. Did I mention the boutonnières? Men certainly will not feel left out when they see these amazing creations. We couldn’t be happier with our experience from beginning to end.

We used Floriography for all of our personal flowers and we were not disappointing. Communication was smooth and relaxed and their portal made everything super easy. We were coming from out of state for our wedding and the only communication we had was over the phone and over email and they were still able to capture exactly the look that we wanted.
Everything was exactly what we wanted and perfectly fresh. I love all the extra details that were added like the giant airplant in my bouquet which is an amazing keepsake. Thank you so much for making our wedding day extra special!

Emily and the entire Floriography team were beyond accommodating in their extraordinary talents by providing the most beautiful wedding floral arrangements we could have ever imagined. There were many elements my daughter wanted incorporated in the arrangements and the team did an incredible job utilizing them and encouraging her to share her vision. After our meeting with Emily, Jessica knew she could let go and let the team do their magic...and they did. I will post pictures when we get them, but on that day we simply enjoyed every element. Thank you all so very much for your hard work but most especially for your kindness and attention to every detail.
