Wedding flower bouquets
What can I say……Mercedes was absolutely phenomenal!!!!!!!!!! Mercedes completely exceeded my expectations, and my bouquets were stunning!!!!!! FIVE STARS ACROSS THE BOARD! From the moment I talked with her, I knew I wanted to work with her. We had several phone conversations because she wanted to make sure I was completely happy with my bouquets. She was very attentive to every little detail, down to specific colors and flower options. Mercedes was very easy to talk too and she communicated very well. She sourced high quality flowers for my bouquets. Mercedes really brought my vision to life, and my bouquets looked amazing during my wedding day. I can not recommend her enough!!!!!!!! Thank you thank you Mercedes for your wonderful talent!

Mrs. Mercedes was a gift from heaven. When I shared my vision with her she took it and brought it to life! She was very responsive to my text and would call and walk me through ideas when she had one. It was such a great experience working with her. I recommend her to any one looking to truly bring their floral ideas to life even if you aren't sure what you want. Give her ideas and let her work her magic!

Mercedes is wonderful to work with
We started working with Mercedes two months before our wedding due to a last minute change with our original floral plan - and she made the experience extremely easy. She was super responsive from the beginning, answering all our questions, providing examples of the different types of arrangement options and she also worked with our budget for the best result. Overall - we were beyond happy with the result and highly recommend her!

Best Choice - Mercedes is an angel
I could not have been happier choosing Mercedes and Elegante Florals for my wedding. I procrastinated flowers and she was one of the quickest responses to come to my wedding rescue! During our first call, she was took the time to chat with me for over an hour to make my vision come alive while staying within my budget. On my wedding day, I almost sobbed at how beautiful my bouquet was! I still get compliments to this day and paid to have my bouquet framed. Mercedes is an absolute angel to work with and I adore her work!!!

Beautiful Quality Bouquets/Boutineers
Mercedes took the time to explore options within my budget after discussing my wants. She was very creative in coming in under budget with the selection of flowers that would fit the bouquets I was looking for my. My bridal bouquet was extremely gorgeous and all floral items (including centerpiece) were gorgeous and well put together. Mercedes was extremely easy to work with, I could contact her at anytime, and she was always concerned with my satisfaction and happiness. She brought the flowers to our location and pinned the boutineers on the men. I highly recommend Elegante Florals for your floral needs!

Great Experience
Mercedes was amazing to work with. She was very attentive to details and even helped us decide whenever we were unsure about something. She helped us every step of the way and went out of her way to even make us samples of our flowers. The flowers were very beautiful and she was very easy to work with. Her work far excedded her prices and made our wedding very beautiful. I would reccomend her to anybody that is unsure of the flower person. She made the experience way better and I can not thank her enough for all her work in making our day so memorable!

Mercedes is absolutely incredible!!! I couldn’t recommend anyone else more for your wedding floral needs. She was so accommodating of my budget while still making our dreams come true! She took my inspiration photos and made them even better! She was very responsive and kept me in the loop along the way so I could personalize every detail. She arrived a couple hours before the ceremony and set up the ballroom and ceremony site, ensuring the flowers would thrive throughout the night! And they absolutely did! She brought our wedding to life and we are so so thankful!!! Still waiting on photos from our photographer, but I have one sneak peek of my bouquet. Absolutely stunning!!

Great customer service
Mercedes with Elegante Florals was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to help me pick my perfect bouquets and decorations. She did a great job at explaining costs and provided delivery and set up as well. I hired her and she continued to provide great customer service, even when I had to back out of the contract a few months after signing due to personal reasons. Mercedes was understanding and flexible! She refunded me and was very compassionate about my personal issue. Highly recommend such a compassionate florist! Excellent customer service!
