  Great customer service

  Mercedes with Elegante Florals was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to help me pick my perfect bouquets and decorations. She did a great job at explaining costs and provided delivery and set up as well. I hired her and she continued to provide great customer service, even when I had to back out of the contract a few months after signing due to personal reasons. Mercedes was understanding and flexible! She refunded me and was very compassionate about my personal issue. Highly recommend such a compassionate florist! Excellent customer service!

  Beautiful Quality Bouquets/Boutineers

  Mercedes took the time to explore options within my budget after discussing my wants. She was very creative in coming in under budget with the selection of flowers that would fit the bouquets I was looking for my. My bridal bouquet was extremely gorgeous and all floral items (including centerpiece) were gorgeous and well put together. Mercedes was extremely easy to work with, I could contact her at anytime, and she was always concerned with my satisfaction and happiness. She brought the flowers to our location and pinned the boutineers on the men. I highly recommend Elegante Florals for your floral needs!

  Great Experience

  Mercedes was amazing to work with. She was very attentive to details and even helped us decide whenever we were unsure about something. She helped us every step of the way and went out of her way to even make us samples of our flowers. The flowers were very beautiful and she was very easy to work with. Her work far excedded her prices and made our wedding very beautiful. I would reccomend her to anybody that is unsure of the flower person. She made the experience way better and I can not thank her enough for all her work in making our day so memorable!

  Wedding florals

  Mercedes is absolutely incredible!!! I couldn’t recommend anyone else more for your wedding floral needs. She was so accommodating of my budget while still making our dreams come true! She took my inspiration photos and made them even better! She was very responsive and kept me in the loop along the way so I could personalize every detail. She arrived a couple hours before the ceremony and set up the ballroom and ceremony site, ensuring the flowers would thrive throughout the night! And they absolutely did! She brought our wedding to life and we are so so thankful!!! Still waiting on photos from our photographer, but I have one sneak peek of my bouquet. Absolutely stunning!!

  Wonderful Experience

  Mercedes is a true professional and was so helpful during the planning process. I was planning my wedding from out of state and she was so helpful. My mom and I had several calls with her regarding our vision for florals and she executed it perfectly! I could not recommend her more!

  Amazing work!!! So much attention to detail. The flowers were the talk of my wedding and everyone was asking to take home center pieces by the end of the night. Highly recommend!

  We were very fortunate to have Mercedes as our florist.

  Mercedes did the flowers for our pandemic wedding when everything was shut down. So our event had to be small. She made the most beautiful bouquet for the bride, beautiful corsages for the moms and bridesmaids and boutonnieres for the groom and the groomsmen. The flower arrangements for the tables were beautiful and bursting with color. The flowers were fresh and some of the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. The wedding had to be held outdoors so I was able to snap a photo of the bride and groom at an open space at the base of the Sandia Mountains. The bride and groom are in her portfolio on this site. Mercedes came highly recommended by another bride. I later learned that she has the reputation for being one of the best florists in the area. We were very lucky to have such a talented florist for our event even with all the chaos that was occurring in the world at that time. She even made recommendations for other things through her years of working with other wedding vendors. She became not only our florist, but a concierge for other things as well. She was willing to go above and beyond to help us have a beautiful event. We were so fortunate to have had Mercedes as our florist.

  Mercedes of Elegante Florals did flowers for my wedding last week. She was so friendly and great to work with. I wanted wild flowers that are indigenous to the area. She did a great job helping me choose different wild flowers. She made me a stunning and unique flower crown made of blue bella donna delphinium. I have never seen anything like it and I got so many compliments. My bridal bouquet was giant and perfect with tons of wildflowers just like I wanted.

  Mercedes with Elegante Florals did our flowers for our recent destination wedding in Angel Fire, NM. Our flowers were even better than we had imagined, she did a wonderful job with our color scheme and our desire to have natural, in season flowers in the arrangements. The flowers received tons of compliments and looked wonderful at our outdoor ceremony.

  Mercedes did the centerpieces, bud vases, and ceremony backdrop flowers from my October wedding in Taos. I think out of all the decor, the flowers at my wedding were my absolute favorite element. I wanted something very specific and sort of unusual and Mercedes hit a home run. All of the flowers exceeded my expectations. It's like she took my ideas and took them to the next (next, next) level. So many guests commented on the beautiful flowers - every single centerpiece and bud vase was taken home by guests and most of them had a 3 hour drive back home. They were that beautiful!

  Mercedes of Elegante Florals did the flowers at my son and daughter-in-laws wedding. The wedding was on the mountain top at Angel Fire, New Mexico.
