Rachael was courteuous and nice to deal with. The taste of the cakes is extraordinary. You should definitely try the banana cake. She was very accomodating with the tasting even making a mini-cake of each flavor the size of the top layer of a wedding cake. This allowed me to take it home and allow my husband to try it since he was unable to be there. Rachael was very professional and helpful. I would recommend her to any bride in the DFW area.
