Our family hired Heather + Haven for Coordination of my son's wedding day at Garvan Woodland Gardens in Hot Springs, Arkansas. From communication with all the vendor's to making sure the day was timed out perfectly, we were completely impressed with how everything came together. 💯 recommend this company!

Great to Work With

I used the premium coordination package offered by Heather + Haven for my daughter's wedding and I could not be happier with their services! Britta and Caroline were fantastic!! Not only did they help with the planning, but they decorated the venue better than I ever imagined. Caroline was very calm and made sure that the reception ran smoothly. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends planning a wedding!

Total Lifesavers!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this company and the people that own it. Let me just say I would NOT have been able to do any of what I wanted without them. I used their Decoration AND Coordination package and I’m more than happy I did!!! Totally recommend!!

Diy bride that needed help with coordination!

Heather + Haven helped so much up to and on our wedding day! I was a diy bride and they offer the perfect service of letting you have a access to a coordination book (life saver) and they help with executing your ideas the day of and the coordination of all the moving parts (which is a lot!). I was worried about a lot of little things that happen during weddings and Britta was there to help calm me and provided me with options and suggestions for the day! Britta also did a walk though with us to see the space. Our wedding required a room flip and it was all done in the time frame. I could not imagine not having Heather + Haven help us on our special day! Highly recommend!

Seamless Wedding Planning and Execution

Brita and Ellen were the coordinators for our wedding on June 22. My wife and I could not have been more pleased. We were pretty good about handling the major items for our wedding ourselves, but Ellen did a tremendous job with design, pricing, and scheduling. Any questions we had were answered quickly via email or text, and Ellen was even happy to have multiple face to face meetings with us prior to the big day. The day of the wedding was smooth and seamless. In addition to being dynamite coordinators and planners, Brita and Ellen were an absolute joy to work with leading up to the wedding and the day of. I cannot recommend Heather + Haven enough for any of your event planning needs!

Would highly recommend them!

I was at a wedding this past weekend and everything was amazing! These two were so organized, accommodating and on top of it all. The couple had to move the ceremony inside due to weather and they were on top of it all. Best of all everything was on time! You can tell how passionate they are about what they do. They don't come any better!

High-Quality Services

I came across Heather + Haven Creative Co. on The Knot website and I am so happy I did! My services included in-person and phone consultations; sign rentals; a custom-designed sign; vendor coordinations; an online coordination workbook; and of course day-of services. These hard-working ladies are an absolute pleasure to work with; they are extremely organized, creative, and flexible! Due to some unfortunate circumstances we had to move our ceremony day up two months, while keeping the reception on the original day. Not only was Ellen accommodating, pricing remained affordable. The best part about having H+H as part of our celebration was their warm, inviting nature - making it easy to work with them. I would highly recommend hiring Heather + Haven Creative Co. for all of your wedding planning needs!

Highly recommend this sweet team!

Ellen was such an amazing addition to our wedding day! At the beginning of wedding planning, I was naive in thinking that I didn't need a planner or a day-of-coordinator, but when the wedding got closer I realized how much of a relief it would be to have an extra hand. Ellen went above my expectations and was very flexible in creating a individualized package to meet our needs. She was extremely organized, which put me at ease. All of my friends and family thought every encounter with her was extremely pleasant and I would recommend her to anyone!
