Eddy was SO AMAZING as our photographer! He was so professional and worked with us from the very beginning. From just our first meeting, he really opened our eyes to important details that we never knew we needed for our wedding. He did our engagement photos a few months before the wedding at Ko'olina and they were absolutely stunning! I swear it looks like our photos were from a magazine! He captured me and my husband in the scenery so beautifully, our jaws dropped when we saw the photos. On our actual wedding day, he had a second-shooter with him and they were both so easy and fun to work with! The day we got our wedding photos, I was in tears (happy tears of course!) at how beautifully the whole day was captured. There were sooooo many great moments that were captured that we get to treasure forever. Thank you so much, Eddy, for everything! We are so grateful!

Eddy took our sunset session engagement photos for us - he was such an amazing photographer to work with. During the months before the engagement shoot, Eddy was super helpful with all of our queries. He was also very open and flexible with ideas we wanted to incorporate into our shoot. We ended up doing a shoot on the beach with Eddy's paddle board (he was so kind to bring that along with him to the shoot alongside all his equipment!) The photos were fun and they were spectacular! He was so patient with us, and gave us amazing directions - he's a really fun guy to hang out with! He was especially patient when we were (struggling) on the paddleboard, but the photos turned out really fun. Eddy made us feel super comfortable and not awkward at all. Shortly after our shoot, Eddy shared some photos with us - he was so quick and they looked really great. We're so grateful for that! He perfectly captured our personalities against an amazing sunset and backdrop. We're waiting to see the rest, and can't wait to share the album with our friends and family. I would definitely recommend Eddy for your engagement shoots - such a great way to capture the beauty of Hawaii, and all the emotions and personalities of the couple. A really great decision! If I could give Eddy 1000-star rating, I would in a heartbeat!!! Eddy continuously went above and beyond as a photographer! From the moment I contacted him, he was incredibly responsive and SO helpful!! He honestly helped me more than my wedding coordinator, which definitely was not his obligation! He was constantly in a great mood and helped capture my Perfect Day!!!! The photos he took are, honest to God, beyond PERFECT! I would not suggest a single improvement for this company! Eddy was amazing and any bride is lucky to have him capture her wedding day!! Also, I HIGHLY suggest booking a sunset session with him! He has a GREAT eye and talent and will go above and beyond to help you get INCREDIBLE pictures!!!

Eddy is awesome. He is so nice. I wanted him to shoot our wedding after I saw pictures on his page from other weddings at Lanikuhonua. They were so beautiful. He did sunset pictures on the rocks near the venue, I just had to have pictures like that.
Eddy is super helpful, offering help with setting up timelines for the day of (over a month before the wedding). He responds to emails quickly. I met up with Eddy and my planner Jenn, the week of the wedding (because of my busy schedule). He is very pleasant and easy to talk to. On the day of, you don't really notice the photographers taking candids and pictures in the background. He worked with my budget. & I think he stayed later than I paid him for too.
The week after my wedding, Eddy sent me an email with 72 pictures in my dropbox. They are soo beautiful. I am so happy with the pictures so far. I look at the pictures every day. My mom and family also love the pictures. I have to wait a couple months for the rest. Im so excited, I can't wait!
I would recommend Eddy to anyone that wants beautiful wedding pictures.

If it was possible to give MORE THAN 5 stars, I would give it to Renai photography. My husband and I planned a destination wedding in Hawaii from Philadelphia. Eddy was by far THE MOST helpful vendor we had. He went above and beyond his responsibilities as a photographer. He gave us advice on all the different vendors that we needed for our wedding and pointed us to the best vendors and venues on the island. He helped us make a timeline for our wedding and he was instrumental in keeping us on time through out the wedding day. He must have had multiple weddings scheduled ahead of us... but we never felt that he was too busy for our questions and concerns. He was probably one of the rare Hawaiian vendors who responds to emails the same day or the next day. Since I was hiring vendors without meeting them, I asked him for a Skype meeting which he happily granted. That first meeting sealed the deal. He was very professional and detail oriented when asking us about the plans for our wedding. His portfolio was jaw droppingly amazing! At the same time, he was so humble and so friendly, and easy to talk to. I knew that I would be very comfortable being photographed by him. After we hung up from our Skype meeting, I felt very assured and confident in Eddy. I knew we HAD to hire him. We hired him for our engagement session, day of wedding photography, and trash the dress. The way he captures light and the natural beauty of hawaii's sunsets are incredible. For our engagement session, he had 1 assistant, Tiani who was very pleasant and great to work with. For our wedding, he had 2 second shooters Nick and Derick both of whom are amazing photographers as well. Above all, he really is a genuinely nice person. On the day of the wedding we were so comfortable with Eddy that it didn't even feel like we were being photographed by a photographer but by a friend. Eddy is wonderful person and an amazing photographer! We live in Brazil and we were in contact with him some weeks before our wedding in Oahu. He was perfect! Due to the distance, our main contact was through email in which he got back to us in a prompt manner which helped out a lot, especially since I planned our entire wedding myself. Working in the hospitality industry, I am seldomly impressed by quality of service. However, Eddy's professionalism and his eagerness to help just blew me away. My original wedding date got moved up by three months and it was Eddy who coordinated with my videographer and venue to find a date that all three were available. I found it just amazing that he was so willing to help as i am living in Las Vegas and knew how difficult it would be for me. He also worked with me in my budget so I can have my engagement shoot (in Las Vegas), wedding day and trash the day/sunset session. He also was so willing to meet with us several times to get to know us, know what we wanted and to go over the timeline of the day. Although a quiet man, he made it so easy and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, I am very camera-shy so he never forced us to do any poses that we were not comfortable with such as kissing. To top it off, his photos are unbelievable. Although I have not recieve my wedding photos yet, we constantly get comments on how wonderful our engagement pictures looked.
