The Harro East was a great choice for our special day. We were able to decorate the room. The staff was amazing and the food and drinks were great. My guests were very happy. MaryKay is amazing.

We had our wedding reception at the Harro East Ballroom, and we could not have been happier with this venue! Mary Kay was wonderful for helping us plan the details of our reception. She got back to us right away with answers to our questions. Mary Kay gave us good recommendations for vendors, centerpieces, table settings, and additional ways to help our guests feel comfortable during our reception.

We had a buffet dinner, and our guests raved about how delicious the food was. We did upgrade our bar package to include better selections of wine and beer. The overall price was very reasonable for delicious food and drinks in a beautiful ballroom!

We had a band perform at the Harro East. The setup on the stage was perfect and the acoustics were amazing. Mary Kay worked with the band to ensure that the evening ran smoothly. The staff at the Harro East helped to pack up everything that we had brought to the ballroom, which was much appreciated at the end of the night. We highly recommend the Harro East Ballroom as a wedding reception venue!

We celebrated our daughter's wedding at this magnificent venue. The ballroom was just beautiful, the staff so helpful and accommodating. The food was just so delicious, we did the buffet with roast beef and had many, many compliments. We had an open bar, closed during dinner and it was great. Everything about our evening went off without a hitch, and it truly was a night to remember.

This was the most beautiful venue, with the most professional staff, and delicious food! I have been to many, many weddings, and none of them compare to what Mary Kay and her staff gave us for our daughter's wedding. She runs a tight ship, but it pays off in big dividends on the wedding day.....everything was smooth sailing, on time, and high class. I think this is Rochester's best kept secret!!

The best part of my wedding was working with Mary Kay at Harro East ballroom. She made everything so easy and was so flexible. The ballroom was beautiful. The service was impeccable. The food was delicious and my guests are still raving about it! My reception was so fun and was made to fit me exactly. This is the most perfect venue for wedding receptions in Rochester. Mary Kay at the Harro East Ballroom coordinated our wedding reception this past October. She could not have made the process easier for us. The venue itself is simply gorgeous and needed little in terms of decorations. Mary Kay guided us through the planning and made sure the night went smoothly. My husband and I had absolutely nothing to worry about during the reception. Her staff was professional and kind. We had a buffet for about 160 people and everyone loved the food. Mary Kay worked so well with all the other vendors, so there were no slip ups that we noticed. She even recommended favorite vendors of hers for us when we were at a loss for ideas. We ended up going with her suggestion for a DJ service and they were excellent. She was flexible with set up times and even let us leave some of our belongings there overnight for our convenience. Given the quality of service, food, bar, and overall experience, it was a financial bargain. I would recommend Mary Kay at the Harro East Ballroom to anyone looking for a wedding or party venue. Used the Harro East Ballroom for our wedding ceremony and reception. It is a beautiful venue with a lot of great character. The owner Mary Kay goes above and beyond to help with planning and making the big day run smoothly. Food is EXCELLENT - both our DJ and photographer were ecstatic when we mentioned the venue because they like the food so much - and you know they have been everywhere! The service was great - and the endless space for dancing made for a fun night!
