Harborside East, a wedding venue located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, offers couples a chance to gaze out on the sunsets over the Ravenel Bridge and Charleston Harbor during their wedding ceremony or celebration. With a setting close to the downtown at Patriot’s Point, you will be able to enjoy a convenient wedding location that also gives way to scenic waterfront views.
Facilities and Capacity
Couples are able to choose from four waterfront ceremony options in which to say their vows. Depending on your needs and desires, Harborside East offers covered outdoor, uncovered outdoor and indoor setting options for your wedding day ceremony or engagement party, rehearsal dinner, reception or elopement. Additionally, a bridal room is available in this elegant venue for brides and bridesmaids to use.
Services Offered
To make sure every detail of your wedding is accounted for, Harborside East provides couples with silver chiavari chairs alongside tables. The partially covered patio can also be utilized during your wedding celebration. Wrought iron patio furniture, which is also provided by the venue, will help you and your guests relax and take in the waterfront views surrounding you. The venue sets up their provided tables and chairs for you. Outside vendor assistance can also be arranged to help with your decor and planning needs.

Stunning Waterfront Wedding Venue
The venue itself exceeded all expectations. The setting is truly immaculate—right on the water with an unbeatable view of the bridge, harbor, and a perfect sunset. The ceremony lawn was stunning, and the entire space was visually gorgeous.
On the day of, everything was seamless. All the furniture was set up before our vendors arrived, and there was more than enough to accommodate our 125 guests comfortably. The view alone was worth every penny. We couldn’t recommend Harborside East more highly for anyone dreaming of a beautiful waterfront wedding.

We LOVE working at Harborside East! You cannot beat the view and the amount of outdoor space available! There are so many different options for ceremony locations and reception set-up throughout the property. Clients can make their event completely unique to them!
What can we say? Harborside East is one of our favorite sites. Ms. Shealy and her crew are awesome to work with and provide professional, courteous service at a beautiful venue on the Charleston Harbor. The site comes furnished with enough rentals to hold a fabulous wedding or special event and is laid out perfectly for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in one facility. The beautifully appointed granite bar is a mixologist dream and you couldn't ask for a more gorgeous setting for indoor/outdoor weddings. Easy to work with, detailed to a fault and perfect location central to hotels and downtown areas.
