After our previous coordinator canceled just three months before our wedding, Hilliary stepped in and truly saved the day. She didn’t skip a beat, immediately gathering all vendor information, creating a seamless and detailed timeline, and bringing an incredible level of calm and organization to the entire process.
On the wedding day, Hilliary’s coordination skills were nothing short of extraordinary. She kept everyone on schedule, handled every detail with professionalism, and expertly diffused any issues that came up—so well, in fact, that my husband and I never even knew there were problems to begin with. That peace of mind is priceless on such an important day.
Beyond her outstanding work, Hilliary is simply a wonderful person to work with both professionally and personally. Her assistant, Alyssa, also went above and beyond in every way, providing incredible support and care throughout the day.
I cannot recommend Hilliary and Alyssa highly enough. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a flawless, joyful wedding day, and we are endlessly grateful.

Where do I start, I met Hillary probably over 5 years ago, We were doing a wedding together she was coordinating and I was doing flowers and decor,
I met her and knew there was something special about her, I just watched
it was a large wedding so I watched to see if it went, of course Hillary
knocked it out of the park, I was so impressed this is when it all started.
She is amazing, on time, and very smart with what she does, I am so proud

Hilliary and Alyssa were the reason our wedding day ran so smoothly! From keeping everyone on schedule to making sure all the details were just so, our wedding was perfect! They both went out of their ways to help me with even the smallest of asks. We are also so excited about the behind the scenes pictures and videos we received! Totally unexpected but we will cherish them (especially the videos) forever. I could not recommend Hilliary and Alyssa enough!!

I knew that I would benefit greatly from having a wedding coordinator, but Hillary and her assistant Alyssa were phenomenal! Our wedding was the best day of my life and Hillary played a large part in that by focusing on the details while I was busy soaking up the moment with my spouse. The last time I used my phone on my wedding day was to take picutures while I was getting ready. After that I handed it off to Alyssa and did not ask for it until the end of the night! I didn't need it because they made sure every detail was covered and that anyone I needed to speak to was immediately brought to me. Alyssa even snapped photos on my phone while she kept it safe which I was very appreciative of. Hillary is stern but fun and her personality fits great for the work that she does. Aside from coordinating vendors, formulating the wedding timeline, walking everyone through run of show for the ceremony, and keeping festivities on schedule, here are some other fires she put out:

-She was the first one to realize I forgot my shoes an hour before the first look. She worked with my husband to get one of my friends to pick up the shoes from our house.
-When she was helping decorate the dessert table, she noticed my family picked up the wrong dessert from Publix!!! They picked up a unicorn cupcakes arrangement for a little girls birthday instead of my dessert platter! Hillary made Publix deliver the correct dessert free of charge.
-She cut our cake for 100 guests.
-She put ties on the bridal party.
-She made sure we ate our meal before wandering off to entertain guests.
-She made sure no one violated venue rules as it pertained to liquor to ensure we did not get kicked out.
-Gave directions for a flawless ceremony with no wedding rehearsal prior to.
-Decorated my faux wedding cake to my liking.
-Buttoned up my wedding train for the reception.
-Veil removal.
-Kept tracks of tips given at the end of the night.

I'm sure I'm forgetting other things!!! But I promise you, Hillary is worth the investment!

Hilliary was the absolute best to work with!! She helped our wedding day go so smoothly! There were a few hiccups that happened throughout the day, as would happen with any wedding, but Hilliary got them all handled with such ease that I didn’t even know about any of them until someone told me the stories the next day!! She was incredibly efficient and made sure that the day continued on, and most importantly she made sure that my husband and I were happy the whole time. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator, Hilliary is the best choice!!!

We absolutely loved working with Hilliary and couldn’t recommend her enough! From day one we felt like she had our best interest at heart and that never let up. Hilliary was always available whenever we had any question, even if it was the littlest thing. Hilliary was fantastic about matching us with the perfect vendors who went beyond our expectations. Hilliary was absolutely amazing with helping us bring our perfect wedding to fruition! At every stage she was helpful and attentive to everything important to us. She helped us with finding vendors that fit our style and budget. She scheduled meetings to help us get everything on track and was awesome about making sure nothing fell through the cracks.

A month before our wedding we faced some difficult decisions with the aftermath of hurricane Helene. Hilliary was amazing with meeting us where we were and made sure that we would still be able to have the wedding we wanted. She checked in with our vendors, helped us find replacement vendors, and made sure everything went smoothly.

On our wedding day, Hilliary and Alyssa were on top of everything! We didn’t need to worry about anything so we could focus on enjoying our day. Everything went so smoothly! We can’t be more grateful that we had Hilliary as our planner and we cannot recommend her more!

She took over about 2 weeks prior to our wedding, on October 23, 2021, in which she reached out to all our vendors and set up our timeline for the day of. Her communication level is so fantastic, she will verify the information/details that she has to make sure all is as you want it to be. Even with a group of some rowdy guys she was easily able to handle and maintain them without issue. She made the day flow so well, if any hiccups occurred it didn't even feel like it happened. I truly cannot say enough about how well she handles everything and made it for us to be able to enjoy every moment! All I can say is if you're looking for a day of coordinator Hilliary is the person you need to help make your day run smoothly! She is the absolute best!

Hilliary was a great day-of coordinator!!! She helped relieve so much stress on the day of our wedding and she really went above and beyond to help - from getting centerpiece greenery, to creating the timeline, to bringing us appetizers during pictures.
