Hi! My name is Rebekah and I specialize in Wedding, Prom and Formal updo's & hair styles. I also do makeup! Hair City is a Salon in Redding CA with around 5 hair stylists and one nail tech. We work with a traveling Spray Tan tech if you're interested as well!
Along with myself, there are 3 hair stylist that travel and focus on Bridal appointments through the Spring and Fall.
