Kevin Scott
Kevin Scott
Drummer/Owner

Drummer, Singer, Song writer, and Producer.

He is a self-taught musician, who is exceptionally accurate and consistent in his occupation as a musical chameleon. Raised in Birmingham, Alabama, his love for music developed at an early age. He started playing music at the age of eight where he was under the musical apprenticeship of the late jazz artist, Jimmy Shappel. Jimmy inspired him by sharing his music insight, giving Kevin an even deeper appreciation for his craft. Through high school, he learned to broaden his skills by learning to read music for the drums, and acquainting himself with a variety of music styles.

Later, his impressive skills, and personality, opened many doors giving him the opportunity to work touring both regionally and nationally for major label, R&B artists. He has toured with MCA recording artists, Mikki Howard, Barry White, and the Love Unlimited Orchestra. He has worked for Dennis Edwards, Review of the Temptations, David Sea, Mellisa Morgan, Ollie Woodson, Temptation Review, Stevie Wonder, Christopher Martin (Kid & Play), Israel Houghton, and the hit play, Stop the Noise Bring Back the Music. Later he became the musical director of the female well-known international R&B pop group, Sister Sledge, for four years. Other artists he has performed with include Larry Braggs, Blue Mist Band, Glenn Reach Group, Dr. James Polk, Mike Malone, Pamela Hart, Women In Jazz and Valarie Scott. Kevin continues to amaze and inspire people with his enormous musical talent.
