We had our wedding on the Grand Lady Cruises, and it was absolutely perfect! Despite booking on short notice, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They took care of almost everything — all we really had to do was show up.

Their pricing was very reasonable compared to most venues these days, and the boat’s capacity was ideal for the intimate family-and-friends celebration my husband and I wanted. The tour itself was beautiful, and all of our guests couldn’t stop telling us how much they loved the experience. The food was delicious, and everyone raved about how much they enjoyed it!

I’ve always dreamed of getting married on a boat, and this went far beyond my expectations. The atmosphere was comfortable, the seating was great, and the whole day was truly unforgettable.

We had been planning our dream wedding for 09/25/2020 since our engagement in May 2019. Much to our dismay the COVID-19 pandemic made us totally re-evaluate our plans. We scrambled to re-plan a "mini-mony" with a "mini reception". We were able to use Grand Lady Cruise's online booking calendar to see that they had our date available. I contacted them on a Sunday about 8 weeks before our date and they answered me immediately!! Jenna was so wonderful to work with and the day was perfect! The views of Buffalo from the boat were beautiful and our guests are STILL raving about how wonderful the food was! We can't wait to ride the Grand Lady next Summer and reminisce of our wonderful wedding.

Happily married newly wed here, I would just like to say that through all of this adversity during these uncertain times, I can 100% confirm that getting married on the Grand Lady Cruise was on of the most wonderful things to come out of 2020. After our original venue took our deposit (and then some) and became completely impossible to contact, my wife and I had thought that maybe we wouldn't have any place to go. However the Grand Lady stepped up to bat and what a wonderful time we had! Everything was taken care of and it was a wonderful day full of memories and the most important part STRESS FREE! Jenna was so wonderful to work with and the staff was equally as pleasant! I would absolutely recommend them to a friend and the wife and I will be talking about it until we're old and gray!

I'd recommend the Grand Lady to anyone looking to get married, especially during COVID season since we had to cut down so much on everything. Grand Lady was accommodating, responsive and gave us a beautiful wedding!

I had my wedding on the Grand Lady on July 20, 2018. It was nothing short of spectacular. My husband and I had never seen the boat, but we decided to go for it based on all of the positive reviews we had read. They exceeded our expectations. We had a party of 50 and I thought that was the perfect size. They can accommodate more, but I thought we were all very comfortable with that many people. I was pretty organized and had a lot of details planned out, but Jenna and her team took over where I left off. The day went off without a hitch. The crew was very accommodating and organized. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Captain Sean was also great, he kept my now- husband company while he was waiting for and greeting the guests and he kept checking in with me during the time leading up to the ceremony. After the cruise was over, the crew helped my parents load up and haul all of our stuff to the vehicle and even helped them load it into the car.
The boat itself was clean and well kept. And the bathrooms are actually pretty roomy! I was concerned that I was going to have a hard time with a wedding dress, but I had no issues, it was clean and there was plenty of room.
The cruise itself was also comfortable, no one had any issues with sea sickness. Captain Sean kept us in calm waters and it barely even felt like we were on a boat, it was a totally smooth ride.
I can’t say enough about this experience with the Grand Lady. My husband and I are still patting ourselves on the back for throwing such an awesome wedding and for our decision to have it on the Grand Lady. We wouldn’t have changed a thing!
