Good Feelings Farm, LLC, is a historic wedding venue located in Westminster, Maryland. The 230-year-old farmhouse, situated amidst the property’s picturesque 15 acres, welcomes couples and their loved ones to experience the undeniable charm of the estate. Secluded amongst a forest of oak, maple, and chestnut, the farm is a serene escape from day-to-day life. The original architecture and natural beauty of the property serve as an enchanting backdrop to the wedding of your dreams.
Facilities and Capacity
The team at Good Feelings Farm, LLC, is honored to share their historic and romantic property with couples and their loved ones on their wedding days. The venue can comfortably accommodate 200 seated guests plus vendors. Your day can begin in The Carriage House luxurious Get Ready rooms, enjoying the preparations, and embracing the anticipation ahead of your event. Your ceremony can be held under the decorative trellis under an umbrella of old Oaks and Maples amidst the natural beauty of the estate. The property boasts a number of outdoor event spaces, including The Paddock at the barn for cocktail hour, Outdoor fireplace at The Koi Pond and Gazebo site. Fully prepared for any unforeseen weather, the team offers the use of their onsite, spacious tent, fitted with an elegant liner, cathedral window sidewalls, and a checkerboard dancefloor.
Services Offered
Package pricing is available upon request. Your guests will be greeted upon arrival by dedicated parking attendants to act as guides throughout the large estate. For your convenience, a golf cart service is available to you and your loved ones, bringing you to and from various locations around the property. Access to the farm for rehearsal the evening before the wedding and time the morning after the wedding is provided to make this special time a weekend experience.

Karen is an absolute ROCKSTAR! We couldn’t have hoped to work with a better person than her during the planning stages, and our big day! Very responsive, helpful, and provided us so much guidance! Her and her husband, Kevin, have a gorgeous property they have turned into a beautiful venue! Our special day was truly a dream and we are so grateful and blessed for them and their beautiful, jaw dropping venue! It is truly a hidden gem in Westminster and not only did we love it but so did our guests! Everyone we have spoken to has raved about the venue and said it was the best wedding they have ever been to, and they have attended a lot! Amazing Venue, Amazing Staff
The venue was amazing with many different options to customize to your specific vibe. Karen, her husband, and the rest of the Good Feelings Farm staff were all so wonderful and helpful! I highly recommend this venue for your wedding, you won't be disappointed. Tons of parking available and a HUGE tent, should the weather not cooperate. Deff check them out!!

Best Day Ever at Good Feelings Farm
Good Feelings Farm was the absolute perfect location for our wedding. The umbrella of tall, old trees surrounding the ceremony space made for a beautiful backdrop. The grounds are kept pristine and beautifully decorated with flowers and greenery. Every area provides a picture-perfect opportunity. They provide various décor options to include barrels, a trellis, a wagon bar, and so much more. Their friendly horses are always looking to make some friends also! Karen and her family were so amazing. We can’t thank them enough for helping to make our day so special. We were able to include our dog in our ceremony and Karen was so sweet and loving towards him.
It had rained early on our wedding day, but as soon as the rain stopped, Karen and her family were outside cleaning up and drying off everything they could, even including the sidewalk. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we are so grateful to have had the opportunity to use Good Feelings Farm as our venue.
We couldn't ask for a better venue, a better host, or a better experience for our wedding day.

Best day ever!
I cannot even begin to express how truly amazing Karen and Kevin Stewart are. First, the venue is gorgeous! Both the groom's suite and bridal suite are beautiful. There is an on-site tent for the reception (or rainy day ceremony) and such a good space. Second, back to Karen. She is a saint! Anything I needed, she was there with it. She helped us set up the decorations and made suggestions for where things could go. She was SUPER flexible with us bringing things up and breaking everything down. It rained on our day and she and her husband were ready with golf carts to drive us and guests around. I just cannot recommend Good Feelings Farm enough!

Amazing Venue
I am terrible at writing reviews, as I never feel they are quite long enough - but sometimes things are so good there’s only so many ways to express your happiness! We were one of the first to sign on with Karen when she opened to have our wedding at Good Feelings Farm in July 2022. We couldn’t have been happier with the venue and the entire process! It took place on a rare cool and rainy day (was only 73 degrees in the middle of July), so there were a lot of last minute moving pieces and changes, and she handled all of it graciously. Our guests loved the horses, and the entire venue was beautiful. I would highly recommend having your wedding here!

Made our wedding dreams come true!
Good feelings farm made our wedding dreams come true! Karen and Kevin were exceptionally helpful every step of the way, always there to answer a question, and we’re so lovely in completing several walk throughs with out of town guests. The spaces are absolutely gorgeous and Karen did an amazing job adding a touch here and there that make the venue feel all the more special and made it so we didn’t need to purchase or rent as many extra decorations, tables, and chairs. The space is stunning and easy to get around. Our guests loved everything about being there, especially the horses! What blew me away most was how easy and comfortable Kevin and Karen made us feel. They treated us with grace, kindness, and generosity that made us feel like family. I was also so thankful with how accommodating Karen and Kevin were with helping make the space accessible for our family with mobility issues, from shuttling my mom and grandparents around on a golf cart to making sure they had access to a nearby restroom, I felt a tremendous stress lifted off my shoulders knowing they were well taken care of. I could not recommend Good Feelings Farm enough. It is the perfect place for your event!

Perfect Venue for a Perfect Reception
Karen and Kevin at Good Feelings Farm were amazing! The venue has so much to offer and they have thought of every detail to make the day perfect. They were very accommodating and helpful and worked hard throughout the day to make sure everything ran smoothly. We cannot say enough about all they did to make us feel welcome and special and make the day perfect!

Good Feelings Farm - AMAZING!!
This was an amazing venue for my daughters wedding. From the air-conditioned "get ready rooms" to the shaded tree lined ceremony area to the the rustic barn paddock for cocktails (with horses) and then the spacious tent with high ceilings and cathedral windows could not have been more perfect for our 150 guests. Karen was wonderful to work with and was always very responsive. Her attention to detail and beautiful rustic touches make this venue awesome for pictures and party time. If you are looking for a beautiful country barn setting for your wedding or event this is the place!

Over-the-top Accomodating Service
The Good Feelings Farm property is beautiful and the special touches throughout the property are so well-thought-out and make for an unforgettable experience. But what stands out the most is the professionalism and the desire to get things right and exactly the way I wanted them. I never heard Karen say "no" to a request I made and she and Kevin went above and beyond for me.
