Mike Torres is the company’s executive chef. A grill-master and Texas native, Mike grew up around his parent's restaurants and bakeries which developed his love for fine foods and cooking. After hosting a number of successful pop-ups and working as a farm-to-table program teacher for Escoffier Culinary Institute, Mike decided to develop his own company.
