Flexible to your needs, the company offers four base packages: Full-Service Planning and Design, Partial Planning and Design, Wedding Director, and Elopements. Full-service planning allows you and your partner to relax and await your special day, while partial planning provides you with more collaborative options. The Wedding Director package is limited to day-of coordination and execution by a planning professional. Finally, the Elopement package features affordable, comprehensive planning services that simply require you and your partner to arrive on your appointed wedding day. Stress free!

We are based in London and decided to elope to LA, our aim was to be able to be show up and everything would be worked out for us. From the get go Giovanna made the process stress free and we were able to really enjoy our wedding day. She helped with venue selection, photographer, videogarpher, celebrant, hair/make-up to name a few key items. She provided us extensive lists for each option to work through and select which vendor to go with. We would never have found the venue or any of the vendors on our own. On the wedding day Giovanna was on hand to make sure everything went to plan which meant we had nothing to worry about and we got to enjoy the day for what it was. I strongly believe that wedding planners should be a necessity for any wedding! Espcially if they are anything like Giovanna.

Let me begin by saying working with Giovanna and her team was one of the best decisions we could have ever made when planning our wedding!
I thought most of our wedding ‘to-dos’ were completed, but Giovanna quickly jumped in and filled in any missing details. She was responsive, attentive, flexible, and had a calm, easygoing demeanor throughout the entire process. She made sure we were staying on top of everything in the final weeks leading up to our wedding. We felt prepared and stress free after each time we met.
Giovanna and her team helped to make our wedding day so special! Her attention to detail and aesthetics on the day of our wedding surpassed our expectations. We loved the way everything turned out and the day went flawlessly! They even made sure we had time to sit down and enjoy our dinner! They arrived early for set up and were the last to leave. Having Giovanna and Jessica coordinating the day allowed us to truly soak in every second of it and we (and our guests) had so much fun!
We cannot stress enough how much we appreciate all of Giovanna’s hard work! If you are debating about having a coordinator, I highly recommend Gia Events! There are so many little things that need to get done in the weeks prior/day of the wedding, but Giovanna made the process so easy and it was the best feeling being in the moment during our wedding instead of sweating the small stuff!
