This review feels mixed, since my husband choose this place to get his tux after an excellent experience as a groomsman in another wedding. Also we got a special deal in which he could get a suit for himself to keep with other purchases. The staff were very nice and helpful on choosing colors and styles for our wedding. They were very knowledgeable about what looks good, is in style and coordinates. Where things faulted was on our wedding day. Many of the groomsmen did not get the handkerchiefs with the tuxes. Also they did not get socks (we are not sure if this was a mistake or just not within their policy to give socks like we have experienced with other places.) The part that was most frustrating is that buttons fell off of multiple peoples shirts. Also one of the soles of a groomsmens shoes fell off. This might have been a fluke for so many wardrobe malfunctions, but if you go there I would make sure everyone inspects their clothes upon pick up.

Overall the tuxes were ok. I heard complaints from some of the Men standing up because the suits were in just OK shape. One person had to have them sew up a hole and put on missing buttons when they picked up the tux. Apparently they dont check the quality of the suits before people pick up the tux. We were also disappointed in that the groom picked a specific Tux about 5 months before teh wedding. At the 1 month mark we were called and told they could not accomodate our selection for all the groomsman (total of 2). THe reason was that another groom want the same tux and their policy apparently was Grooms come first. It did not matter that we booked that style 5 months out. That was disappointing.
