We rented the groom and groomsmen suits through Generation Tux and had a great overall experience. Jessica at the Columbus location was especially helpful. She walked us through all the options, and when things started to feel overwhelming, she was patient and took the time to go back to basics—explaining the differences between suits and tuxedos in a very clear, knowledgeable way. This made it much easier for us to confidently choose the right look for both the groom and groomsmen.

James and his best man were able to coordinate the groom’s attire separately from the groomsmen, which made it easy to create a cohesive but slightly different look for the wedding party. Once everything was decided, each guy was able to create their own profile for ordering and sizing.

A few of the groomsmen had sizing issues, but Generation Tux handled it quickly and efficiently by overnighting replacement items without requiring returns first, which was a huge relief during wedding week. The return process after the wedding was also incredibly easy—everything went back in the provided bags with prepaid return labels, and the guys just dropped them off at the post office.

Overall, the process was smooth, convenient, and stress-free, and we really appreciated how responsive and helpful the team was throughout. Highly recommend Generation Tux for wedding rentals!

Generation Tux was great to work with. I went in to get my Tux measurements, and the associates fitted me and put the measurements into their system. My tux came exactly two weeks before my wedding. The shirt was too tight around the neck, but they sent a replacement shirt within three days. Everything else about the tux was perfect! They provided shirt studs and cuff links, which looked great. Returning the tux was quick and easy with the bag they provided. Highly Recommend!

Seeing some mixed reviews on here - all I can say is I personally had a great experience. My groomsmen live in four different states, so I was a fan of Generation Tux's business model. My tux fit me perfectly, and the majority of my six groomsmen had no issues. One groomsman had an issue with the torso and sleeves on his jacket being too long, but he contacted the company and they were able to send a great-fitting replacement in plenty of time for the wedding. The company highly recommends trying items on within 48 hours following delivery for exactly this purpose, and they held up their end of the deal. My wife and I were super happy with how everyone looked in their tux on our wedding day.

We rented out vest, shirts, and ties from Generation tux. The colors were spot on. The grooms vest and shirt were a little to small. I called and they shipped out the right size. We accidentally forgot to put the vest in the bag so we put it in my son's bag and emailed generation tucks and they worked with us on getting them back. Everything was perfect on our big day. I would recommend them to any one looking to rent a tux or suit. They were very easy to work with. If the need raises for another suit or tux we will be using them again. The suits were fantastic and super easy to get. We actually had other suits but they weren’t very nice and then found generation tux. Generation tux is the exact color and style that we wanted.

The people at generation tux were really great to work with on the phone. They handled all of my questions that I had throughout the process of the wedding. All the representatives were very helpful whenever I needed a different size are needed to switch some things on the tux. They got the job done. Thank you for making our wedding a very special event in a night that we will never forget.

Guys if you're wondering whether or not your tuxedo is going to show up and be sized correctly based on their methods of measurement ie body shape height and weight I have to say they pretty much nailed it I had a wedding out of state and sent my tux to the wedding venue it was really nice to not travel with it and it was very easy to return in their supplied bag initially I was concerned as to whether the tuxedo was going to fit since I went into this knowing I was not going to take advantage of the send back and have it altered option and The Tuxedo fit perfectly also the patent leather shoes were surprisingly soft and comfortable we have all put these shoes on before and we all can't wait to take them off LOL I wore these all night with no complaints and no sore feet and although I wish they were paying me for this review I gain nothing from letting you know that you came to the right place to rent or buy your next events outfit

I'll start by saying that everyone looked great on the wedding day, but the process could have been smoother. Setting up our profile and selecting our looks online was very easy. My husband did about 5 rounds on the at-home try on until we had all of the perfect sizes selected. I confirmed those sizes were saved on the account, the best profile to order from and reconfirmed a couple of weeks before that all of our desired sizes/styles would be sent. We received the actual delivery for the wedding and none of the correct items were sent. We had to go through 2 more rounds of replacements to make sure everything was right. It made the at-home try-on feel like a bit of a waste of time. We had one groomsman that actually submitted his measurements taken at a professional clothing shop and needed replacements. Every member of our wedding party ended up needing at least one item replaced. Customer service was excellent and everyone had what they needed before the big day! Quality of the items were great. Just know that you will most likely need to get items replaced leading up to the event but Generation Tux will make sure you have it in plenty of time.
