My bridal experience with GR bridal couture was an absolute dream. The moment I walked in, I felt a sense of peace in knowing that Gretchen would take great care of me and fulfilling my wedding dress desires. Prior to meeting with Gretchen, we communicated via email and I shared pictures with her to give her insight as to what styles I liked the most. I could tell she prepared for my appointment being that she had multiple dresses that fit my style hanging in my fitting room. Gretchen also guided me in the direction in which the dresses that fit my style were located in her boutique so I didn’t waste time skimming through dresses I wouldn’t be interested in. I appreciated the aspect of personalization incorporated in my appointment. Furthermore, I was the only bride in the boutique which was very special to me and provided a sense of intimacy that you don’t get at most bridal boutiques. Gretchen went above and beyond for me in so many ways and for that I am so grateful! I expressed interest in a couple of gowns from a designer that she didn’t have in store at the time. She took the time and hard earned money to retrieve the dresses (I know one would expect such a thing) however, she didn’t have to order the dresses whatsoever. I felt extremely comfortable each appointment I had with Gretchen. She is so personable and truly makes you feel as if you’ve known her for years! She emphasizes the importance of being selfish when it comes to finding the dress of your dreams that you can’t stop thinking about. From the moment my daughter and I stepped into Gretchen's beautiful bridal couture shop, we knew this was the place for her to find the perfect wedding gown! And, she did! Gretchen was really helpful and you can tell she really cares. We couldn't have been happier with the gorgeous wedding dress and veil. And, it's so convenient that Gretchen has the best seamstress, Jennifer at The Darling Sew Shop right on the premises. Thanks to both of you for being fun and relaxed and for making the wedding day a success! My daughter was stunning!

Let me just start by saying, I couldn't have asked for a better wedding dress experience. Gretchen is such a doll and has a heart of gold. She cares so much about each and everyone of her guests/brides. She makes you feel like family when you are there and gives you her undivided attention as she only schedules one bride at a time. It makes the experience that much more special. Not to mention, the dresses in her store are PHENOMENAL! There wasn't a single one that I did not like! After trying on 5-6 dresses, we had it narrowed down to 2 and with me being so indecisive she finally got it out of me which one I said yes too. You must visit this store if you are in the market for a beautiful wedding gown! You will not be disappointed!

Gretchen has been the most amazing vendor I have worked with thus far on my wedding. It is clear that she is very passionate about her work. She creates a comfortable atmosphere and gives you all of her attention and focus. You are not a number, which is what I have experienced with other vendors. She also balances being an expert and listening to your ideas, which made me feel heard and valued as a customer. I am over the moon about my dress, our interactions, her quick responsiveness and flexibility. She is just plain awesome!

I had such a wonderful experience purchasing my wedding dress from Gretchen. She went above and beyond to make sure everything looked and felt perfect. I had been pretty stressed about the wedding planning process, and Gretchen totally put me at ease! But beyond just being warm and caring, she really takes pride in her work and has an artist's eye for detail. She thought of things, like matching the lace accents on my veil to the exact lace on my dress, that I would never have thought of and would never have gotten at a less personalized appointment. I'm so happy I found Gretchen's boutique, and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Gretchen made dress shopping so easy! She has a beautiful selection of dresses in plenty of styles, and the dress I ended up falling in love with wasn't at all what I expected to choose, but it was absolutely perfect. Gretchen was very easy-going and let me dictate how our appointment went, which took a lot of stress off of me (I was able to just pick dresses that I found interesting and let her know when I wanted to try things on). Once I figured out what dress I wanted, she was flexible in setting up another appointment so my mom, step mom, and future mother-in-law could see my dress before I bought it. She also walked me through everything to expect (price including tax, how long it would take the dress to arrive, getting alterations) and even gave tips on how to shop for bridesmaids' dresses. Dress shopping with Gretchen was an amazing experience and I would recommend her shop to anyone!

We loved meeting Gretchen and I would recommend her and her store to any bride! She is so down to earth and cares so much about her customers. She doesn't try to push a sale on you and is really willing to work with her brides and wants what is best for you on your big day! She was so helpful and her gowns are gorgeous!
