They even helped us create recipes for our signature cocktail drinks served which everyone loved. I recommend couples consider overstocking supply for signature cocktails if you serve them at our wedding—cocktails and liquor seem to be the most popular items with guests these days! Ally was our coordinator and made sure we had everything we needed for what we wanted. She was very helpful and super responsive throughout the process. I am so happy we were referred to Gateway. Gateway liquors are amazing!! From beginning to end, they were so helpful and wonderful. At first,I was a little apprehensive about getting all the liquor for our Sons wedding reception sent to the vendor, but after meeting with Ally Lind, my apprehension melted away. She knows her stuff!! She asked all the right questions to get all the answers to make our selection of alcohol for the wedding perfect. We couldn't have been happier. Gateway liquors is a small store with a big selection, and the prices are great. We spent so much less money buying the alcohol from them, then we would have any other way. If you are considering using Gateway liquors for your venue, don't hesitate, you won't be sorry, I promise you that. ask for Ally, she's amazing!!

We hired Gateway to provide liquor and wine for our wedding in May 2025 and were extremely happy with our experience. Ally at Gateway was responsive and reliable throughout the planning process, and ensured that our contract reflected our preferences. We told Gateway the signature cocktails we wanted to offer guests, and they made all the calculations to determine the correct quantities of liquor, mixers, and garnishes -- and provided all of it directly to our venue. We did not have to worry about delivery or pick up - it all happened seamlessly! Gateway also offered the opportunity to buy back any unused bottles after the event, which helped us cut costs and was an offer we could not find with other liquor vendors. Everything ran very smoothly the day of our event. Even better, Gateway has strong relationships with other wedding vendors in the Frederick area, making communication and coordination even more efficient. We would highly recommend Gateway as a bar vendor for your wedding or event!

Ally could not have been easier and more professional to work with. And Gateway is a preferred vendor by our caterer and venue so I felt confident working with them. Ally's experience was helpful to determine how much beer, wine, liquor to get. They are totally flexible to give pricing on any brands you want to use and can als make recommendations. They will coordinate with caterer on ice, cups, mixers, sodas. They deliver to your venue and pickup any unused purchases at the end of the evening for a quickly processed refund on unused alcohol. Can make any changes up until a month before wedding day. I would highly recommend them. Pricing is great and offers an opportunity to keep alcohol costs down.

Ally was extremely helpful for us when we were figuring out what we needed for drinks for our wedding reception. She took the time to get to know our needs and guest needs. She made recommendations and insight for us since we have never ordered alcohol for an event of such size before. I think the pricing was fair, and they had everything we requested, including garnishes and mixers. They dropped-off in a quick and timely manner, and came back to pick up what we didn't open and refunded us quickly. It was also nice that they were familiar with our venue. They were super easy to work with and I highly recommend!
