This is THE ideal scenic desert view location with very classy facilities for a wedding of 100 or so (or smaller)! We hosted our daughter's wedding there in December during COVID and worked with the Gallery to make it safe for 50 guests outdoors. It exceeded our dreams in terms of the setting, the food and the service which were all top rate. They have an amazing team of competent, respectful and eager to please employees that were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I can not say enough about how they guided us through this process which was of course new to us and giving advice while letting us explore and implement our own design elements and logistical changes that may not have been the norm. They could not have been more accommodating and we sure appreciated the exceptions they made for us along with working with us as the cancellations rolled in. This was such a challenging time to have a wedding and we appreciated The Gallery partnering with us and allowing us to still hold the event while putting into place as many safety considerations that we could. They helped us create an absolute magical afternoon and evening setting that made such a memorable event.

My wedding was everything I pictured and so much more thanks to Gallery. The ambiance of the scenery complemented the venue beautifully and matched the feeling and look my husband and I were going for. I was more fancy/glitzy and my husband was more country/laid back and the Gallery catered to both seamlessly. Elisabeth, Gallery's Event Manager, made the process and planning so easy. We live in Phoenix and so were limited to when we could go to Gallery to plan, but with Elisabeth's flexibility and support, that distance didn't even matter. I did all my own planning, so that ease was absolutely invaluable, as was Elisabeth herself. If I needed a measurement for some detail she did the measurement and got back to me quickly. She even looked up what the expected time of sunset 8 months in advance so we knew when to start the ceremony and allowing for beautiful sunset photos.
The food was AMAZING and I am one of the pickiest eaters ever! Several members in our wedding party, including myself, had some severe food allergies and the chef had no problem accommodating that. One of my relatives had a very strict/limiting medical diet and they worked with her directly to ensure she was able to have a delicious meal just like everyone else. It meant the world to me that they did that personalized service. I can't thank her and their entire staff enough for making it so I could concentrate on getting married and then celebrating my marriage with family and friends.

Elisabeth was a dream to work with. She went above and beyond to help us all throughout the planning process. Our day was executed flawlessly. Amazing views amazing food great memories. Wish we could do it again. HIGHLY recommend this venue

The Gallery Golf Course is a beautiful venue for a wedding. The staff is beyond friendly, helpful and will go above and beyond for you on your special day.

We had our perfect wedding at The Gallery in June. They did an amazing job. No detail was overlooked and our guest raved about the food. The Gallery was the perfect venue for a desert wedding. The staff was wonderful and made our special day stress free. All of my guests loved the venue and the food was great!

We could not have asked for a more beautiful desert venue for our wedding. Staff worked hard to make sure our event was perfect and captured the things that were most important to us for our big day. Our experience at the Gallery was truly amazing! The location and scenery of the mountains, gave us the quiet, intimate feel we were looking for. The staff was wonderful to work with and very accommodating to our ideas. The transitions of space from the ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner/reception were seamless. We had our first dance outside underneath the pergola of bistro lights with our family and friends twirling sparklers around us which made for the most memorable part of the night. The Gallery has an amazing food and beverage team, which made our plated dinner service flawless, not to mention how deliciously perfect our meals were. We were able to also feature a scotch/cigar bar and provide a coffee/cookie bar after the cake was cut and the dance had begun, which was a hit for our guests. I would recommend The Galley to everyone, as they helped make our special day unforgettable.

We loved the Gallery when we first started wedding planning. We were so excited to get married there. I had EVERYTHING done for the wedding, weeks in advance. Then COVID hit, and we were forced to reschedule for the following year. Devastating, but they worked with us. So we revised and re-sent our save the dates and our invitations, had all of our custom signage and cake topper and unity piece and décor revised to reflect our new wedding date - all at our expense, of course. Just a month ago, however, they called to tell us that they can no longer honor our new wedding date because they have a previously-scheduled, members-only event happening on the same date. They said THAT event had been planned since January 1, so A) why did they let us reschedule our wedding for that same date in the first place, since we rescheduled in March and their event was already planned as of January? and B) why did it take them until the end of OCTOBER to reach out to us and let us know?

After much ado, we couldn't come up with a solution - we are unwilling to change out date AGAIN considering the cost of everything and the hassle and stress to our family and friends, and they were unwilling to honor our scheduled date. The venue finally agreed to refund our deposit. But now, nearly a month after "processing" that refund, I still haven't seen a penny come back to my card. I've left half a dozen voicemails for Elizabeth, their GM, and only the first one was returned (with a voicemail that said her accountant was out of the office and she'd call me back right away. I never heard back.). I'm being forced to dispute the charge directly with my credit card company. OH, and have to start the wedding planning process ALL OVER AGAIN, for a THIRD TIME. Thank you, Gallery. COVID may have ruined my initial plans for a wedding, but you've ruined so much more, including my desire to even plan a wedding at all - which is a real shame, because I enjoyed EVERY SINGLE SECOND of planning my wedding the first time around.
