Megan and her team worked with my Husband and I for our wedding in October of 2024. Megan’s organization and skill set made the wedding planning process so easy and stress-free. Day of the event, Megan and her team were present every step on the way, making sure our dream was fulfilled! The day moved along flawlessly and was everything we ever dreamed of and then some! Our guests are still talking about it to this day. Saying “it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to”. Crain and Co are worth every penny and I would recommend them to everyone. Hiring Crain + Co was the best decision we made for our wedding! From the very beginning it was apparent how professional, detail oriented, and exceptional the service they promised and delivered was. While weddings can be a tremendously stressful time in one's life, Crain + Co completely eliminated that stress from us. We were able to enjoy our engagement knowing that we were in great hands.

We are so happy with our experience working with Crain and Co for our mixed South Asian Muslim/Persian wedding in September 2021. We are not originally from Tucson and we had hired Crain and Co to assist with the “month of” and “day of” coordination. Afterward, my husband and I both agreed that our biggest regret for our wedding was not hiring Crain and Co. for the full wedding planning process. We began planning our original wedding before the pandemic and decided to postpone it by almost a year. Both my husband and I have social service/healthcare jobs that directly deal with COVID, and we didn’t have the bandwidth to continue wedding planning after we postponed. By the time our new wedding date came up, we struggled to get back in the groove of wedding planning. Megan was amazingly gracious and patient in helping us iron out the last-minute details in the weeks leading up to the wedding. For the day of our wedding, Victoria Rex was our lead coordinator on site. Victoria and her assistant were incredible and extremely kind! Our families are large and hard to wrangle, but they did a great job of helping our day stick to a timeline. Long story short, tl;dr -- Seriously, do yourself a favor and hire Crain and Co! It was the best decision we made when planning our wedding as out-of-towners.

Meagan and her team are the absolute best people you want on your team for your wedding day. I originally hired her for wedding day management, but when we postponed, I upgraded to full service and I have zero regrets about doing that. I now tell all of my friends who are getting married to do what they need to do to be able to hire a wedding planner. Even if you're Type A and plan events all the time, chances are that this is the only wedding you'll have. You want people who do this every weekend to guide you along.

I wasn't planning on it, but I had some drama. I started my wedding morning off with a phone call from my hair and makeup artist that the road to my venue was flooded and that the venue was sending a van to ferry them across. I texted Meagan, and SHE ALREADY KNEW. She had already communicated with the rest of my vendors and had it under control.

As if the rain and flooding weren't enough, I also had food poisoning that day. Meagan did a great job of making sure I had water and snacks and could take breaks when I needed to. When Tori took over during the actual event, she was amazing too. I had not even met her really, but she knew everything that was going on.

My wedding went seamlessly, and my guests commented on what a well-executed wedding it was. Every vendor recommendation was amazing and it felt like Meagan knew every wedding professional in town. She was so organized and on top of it. Communication was great, I probably sent a billion emails and she kept track of everything. She had great suggestions and I'm so glad I had her on my team!

Being a bride can be stressful, being a 2020 is another level. I don't think I would have been able to manage so much without Meagan and her amazing team. They were there from the start helping us to plan a wedding from across the country and connecting with incredible vendors. Singlehanded the best thing we did for our wedding was planning with Crain & Co. Thank you again for making our wedding everything we wanted!

In October 2018, I was on a mission to find and book a destination wedding venue for the following year, considering I was less than two months away from a military deployment overseas. Fast forward and almost a month into my deployment I started my research for the top wedding planners in Tucson, Arizona area ...that is how I connected with Meagan.

My entire experience to include not only the wedding day itself, October 13, 2019, but leading up to it was simply flawless in communication, planning, coordination, and execution. Meagan and her team eliminated any stress from having to plan a wedding from 7,000 miles away and were directly responsible for giving me my perfect dude ranch wedding and Bollywood sangeet. I consider Meagan to be a lifelong friend because of this and look forward to planning many more significant events with her once my husband and I move to the Tucson area in the future.

Hiring Crain + Co Events was the best decision we made for our wedding. Initially, I didn't think I needed a wedding planner but my mother in law convinced me otherwise and boy am I happy we did. From the start, Meagan worked with us to create our "look" for the wedding. We had a few ideas of what we wanted but Meagan really created a look that spoke to us and was exactly what we envisioned. Meagan worked within our budget and helped us determined what was needed to make our night special. What I found incredibly helpful was that she worked directly with all of our vendors leading up to our big day to ensure that everything was squared away.

The day of coordinator, Victoria did an amazing job! She was always one step ahead of everything and knew exactly what I needed before I needed it! She was there the whole day from the time I was getting ready to one of the last songs of the night. I couldn't have asked for a better team for our big day! I highly recommend Crain + Co Events!

I am so happy that I found Meagan Crain to be my wedding planner! She is literally a life saver. She was so detailed, professional, design savvy, and was honestly just fun to work with. She knows so many talented and professional vendors. She gave me many options to when it came to picking out a photographer, baker, makeup/hair artists, etc. All her vendor recommendations were on point. Both my husband and I were honestly blown away by the all star team she put together. Everyone exceeded our expectations. Meagan guided me through the whole wedding planning process and was with me every step of the way. She made me feel really safe and comfortable during a time that can easily be stressful and confusing. About 8- 10 months before the wedding date Meagan created a wedding design board document. I am design challenged, but just from looking at my Pinterest and a few conversations she completely nailed the wedding design look I didn’t even know I wanted. She is so good at putting all the little things together to create a cohesive and beautiful wedding design. She worked closely with all my vendors and attended all my vendor meetings with me. Her wedding planning website is really user friendly and helpful and we used it to collaborate on design, schedule, budget, and much more. She was like a stress bodyguard whenever any issue or inconsistency arose with a vendor she was on it before I even had a chance to get stressed out. Honestly, I don’t know how I would have planned this event without her. She made wedding planning fun for me and my mom without all the stress. I love my mom, but we would have been at each other’s throats and it wouldn’t have been such an enjoyable experience.

Wedding Day Coordination
Meagan and her team were like secret ninjas. She coordinated everything in the background so that I could just have fun and drink mimosas while getting ready with my bridesmaids. She shielded me from everything that was going on behind the scenes and allowed me to just enjoy the day and live in the moment. Vendors magically showed up when and where they were supposed to without having to call me and ask for my room number and get directions. I wanted to make a DIY photo booth (with help from my MOH) and hang my parents and grandparents old wedding photos (Meagan’s idea). I also had some other décor items and Meagan set up everything perfectly. At the end of the night all of our gifts and cards were magically transported to our room, along with a box that contained two of each dessert from our dessert bar. We were so excited to because many of the desserts went so fast that we didn’t have an chance to try them! Honestly I didn’t worry about a damn thing and literally everything went as planned all thanks to Meagan! After hearing my friends experience with their wedding day, I went in with the expectation that somethings were not going to go as planned and that I was going to have to learn to go with the flow. Honestly the day of the wedding was a dream. Literally nothing went wrong. N O T H I N G. Everything was executed at perfection. I can’t thank Meagan enough and will definitely recommend her to anyone getting married!
