I had an amazing experience at J Bridal! The staff was so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made me feel comfortable and really listened to what I was looking for. They helped me to find the absolute perfect dress, even though it was different from my initial concept. They showed me dresses in the style that I thought I wanted and when those weren't working right they pivoted until we found the one! The whole experience felt special and stress-free. They even followed up and answered questions after my purchase, helped find a seamstress, dress preservation etc. Highly recommend!

Stevi and Olivia are the sweetest ladies! Stevi was so wonderful in helping me pick out my dress with my mom. She listened to my wants and was able to pull the perfect selection of dresses for me. The last one she pulled was “the one”. She made the whole experience fun!!
Olivia was so kind in helping me try on my dress when it arrived. She put on my veil and even held my phone while walking around me in my dress so that my mom (who couldn’t be there) could see her little girl in her wedding dress on Facetime. I mean, c‘ mon, how sweet is that?! She made it so special. You ladies simply rock!

I had such an incredible experience with J Bridal! I bought two dresses from them (one for my micro wedding and the dream dress for my big wedding) and they were so amazing throughout the entire process!

I appreciated how professional they were and that they made me feel really beautiful in every gown I tried on. I felt really comfortable in the shop. It took a few visits for me, but I never felt pressure to buy.

I even requested that they get a specific dress for me, and even though it took an entire stay-at-home order, they got it for me! That's the dress I bought for my big wedding. I'm so glad they were patient and didn't give up on getting me the dress I dreamed about!

I had a great experience shopping at J Bridal with Emily as my consultant! She made the decision process difficult, because she was so spot on in pulling the exact types of gowns that I envisioned. She also ensured to only show me dresses that would be ready in time for my fast approaching elopement date which I appreciated! She is excellent at her job and helped me narrow down "the one" from the last three designs that I loved. J Bridal will exceed all of your expectations! :)

Loved my experience with J Bridal! The girls at the boutique are so friendly, fun, and listen well to what you want! The boutique itself is so pretty, bridal, and clean. Really everything you could ask for in a local bridal shop.

I knew what I wanted, but I also wanted to allow myself the opportunity to try on every dress type, "just in case" I liked it. The girls allowed me to indulge in my curiosity for other dress types, even though I had my sights set on a certain style. Their selection was great and I tried on about 5-6 dresses before I tried on one that I didn't want to take off. We all celebrated and it was just so much fun. This was my first time dress shopping and it proved to be a huge success!

During out time there, we found out that this boutique is owned by two sisters wanting to give Tucson brides an opportunity to find their dream dress without feeling the need to drive out of town to find. I just loved that and appreciate the opportunity to buy my wedding dress in my hometown of Tucson!

My partner and I had the absolute best experience visiting J Bridal this week! Emily was so helpful and warm from the very start, asking all the right questions to hear about our vision for our big day and my dress. With two brides and virtually no guests, our wedding will be very unique...but Emily didn't bat an eyelash and made our dress shopping/planning experience feel so normal and fun, even as we all wore masks! She knew exactly the style of dresses to pick, pulling things that I loved and was surprise to find that I loved. She was very respectful of our modest budget and not at all pushy. Along the way, we found the dress (!), complemented by a belt Emily found that matched my engagement ring perfectly. We celebrated with champagne and so many smiles.

COVID-19 has put a huge damper on our lives and wedding planning so far, but this experience was truly a bright spot for both my partner and I. This was the first moment we felt like we were really getting married! I can't thank all of the ladies at J Bridal enough for their kindness and care that made this once-in-a-lifetime experience so perfect.

As soon as you walk in, you are made to feel special. I stopped by for the giveaway they did for their 5 year anniversary, and I was the winner!
I was extremely indecisive because their dresses are STUNNING, so I had to go twice before committing. I ended up going with the first one I tried on that Melissa had picked out for me! The girls really know what they are doing and I am so happy I got my dress there.

I found the dream dress I didn’t know I wanted thanks to Melissa and the J Bridal team. I walked into J Bridal, which was the first boutique I visited, thinking I wanted a dress with long sleeves. I quickly realized that long sleeves make it difficult to raise your arms, which didn’t work for someone who loves dancing. Melissa immediately pulled other dresses that were similar to my initial style and was patient as I tried on dress after dress, not once rushing me or pressuring me to choose. She was supportive and listened to the things I liked and disliked, finding other dresses based on my feedback until we eventually found “the one.” From there, the ordering process was seamless with J Bridal handling everything. I picked up my dress once it was delivered from the designer (style: Ludmila by Watters) and took it to Helen Santos, a seamstress recommended by J Bridal. Helen was also amazing and altered my dress to perfection.

Overall, dress shopping was an enjoyable, low-stress experience with J Bridal. Their selection is expansive, beautiful and high-quality, so I’m sure any bride will have good chances of finding their dream dress there too!
