I had an amazing experience at J Bridal! The staff was so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made me feel comfortable and really listened to what I was looking for. They helped me to find the absolute perfect dress, even though it was different from my initial concept. They showed me dresses in the style that I thought I wanted and when those weren't working right they pivoted until we found the one! The whole experience felt special and stress-free. They even followed up and answered questions after my purchase, helped find a seamstress, dress preservation etc. Highly recommend! -

Stevi and Olivia are the sweetest ladies! Stevi was so wonderful in helping me pick out my dress with my mom. She listened to my wants and was able to pull the perfect selection of dresses for me. The last one she pulled was “the one”. She made the whole experience fun!!
Olivia was so kind in helping me try on my dress when it arrived. She put on my veil and even held my phone while walking around me in my dress so that my mom (who couldn’t be there) could see her little girl in her wedding dress on Facetime. I mean, c‘ mon, how sweet is that?! She made it so special. You ladies simply rock!

I had such an incredible experience with J Bridal! I bought two dresses from them (one for my micro wedding and the dream dress for my big wedding) and they were so amazing throughout the entire process!
I appreciated how professional they were and that they made me feel really beautiful in every gown I tried on. I felt really comfortable in the shop. It took a few visits for me, but I never felt pressure to buy.
I even requested that they get a specific dress for me, and even though it took an entire stay-at-home order, they got it for me! That's the dress I bought for my big wedding. I'm so glad they were patient and didn't give up on getting me the dress I dreamed about! -

I had a great experience shopping at J Bridal with Emily as my consultant! She made the decision process difficult, because she was so spot on in pulling the exact types of gowns that I envisioned. She also ensured to only show me dresses that would be ready in time for my fast approaching elopement date which I appreciated! She is excellent at her job and helped me narrow down "the one" from the last three designs that I loved. J Bridal will exceed all of your expectations! :) -

Loved my experience with J Bridal! The girls at the boutique are so friendly, fun, and listen well to what you want! The boutique itself is so pretty, bridal, and clean. Really everything you could ask for in a local bridal shop.
I knew what I wanted, but I also wanted to allow myself the opportunity to try on every dress type, "just in case" I liked it. The girls allowed me to indulge in my curiosity for other dress types, even though I had my sights set on a certain style. Their selection was great and I tried on about 5-6 dresses before I tried on one that I didn't want to take off. We all celebrated and it was just so much fun. This was my first time dress shopping and it proved to be a huge success!
During out time there, we found out that this boutique is owned by two sisters wanting to give Tucson brides an opportunity to find their dream dress without feeling the need to drive out of town to find. I just loved that and appreciate the opportunity to buy my wedding dress in my hometown of Tucson! -

As soon as you walk in, you are made to feel special. I stopped by for the giveaway they did for their 5 year anniversary, and I was the winner!
I was extremely indecisive because their dresses are STUNNING, so I had to go twice before committing. I ended up going with the first one I tried on that Melissa had picked out for me! The girls really know what they are doing and I am so happy I got my dress there. -

I found the dream dress I didn’t know I wanted thanks to Melissa and the J Bridal team. I walked into J Bridal, which was the first boutique I visited, thinking I wanted a dress with long sleeves. I quickly realized that long sleeves make it difficult to raise your arms, which didn’t work for someone who loves dancing. Melissa immediately pulled other dresses that were similar to my initial style and was patient as I tried on dress after dress, not once rushing me or pressuring me to choose. She was supportive and listened to the things I liked and disliked, finding other dresses based on my feedback until we eventually found “the one.” From there, the ordering process was seamless with J Bridal handling everything. I picked up my dress once it was delivered from the designer (style: Ludmila by Watters) and took it to Helen Santos, a seamstress recommended by J Bridal. Helen was also amazing and altered my dress to perfection.
Overall, dress shopping was an enjoyable, low-stress experience with J Bridal. Their selection is expansive, beautiful and high-quality, so I’m sure any bride will have good chances of finding their dream dress there too! -

If you are looking for a wedding dress, J Bridal is a must. Melissa was there to help with all of my needs/questions. I took my sister, mom and my aunts and Melissa was so nice to accommodate all of us. I knew what I wanted based on an instagram photo they posted - that was the first dress I tried on and it was on sale! I fell in love! Everything was perfect! -

My consultant was very receptive, listening to what I envisioned my dress to be, and respecting my budget. The first dress she pulled for me ended up being absolutely stunning, and the one I chose! The staff made me feel welcome, comfortable, and special! Highly recommend! -

I found my dream wedding dress at J Bridal during their sample sale. It was the very first dress that I tried on! I didn’t even know what kind of gown I envisioned myself in, but this dress (Wtoo by Watters) immediately felt “just right.”
I loved the dress -- classic ivory and lace -- but wondered if it might need "a little something more," so Melissa, the very talented bridal consultant, knew just what to do! She picked up a beautiful, thin pearled/jeweled belt. As she helped me place the belt around my waist, the dress instantly became “the one.” I looked at myself in the mirror and felt like a bride.
The ladies of J Bridal not only have wonderful taste in quality gowns but they also have a keen eye for styling you to a tee! Thank you for my beautiful dress and for recommending a wonderful tailor to provide alterations, as well! I recommend that any bride-to-be begin their search for their dream gown at J Bridal – they won’t have to look anywhere else! -

Most Perfect Dress Finding Experience
I wanted to thank J Bridal for the most perfect dress finding experience I could have hoped for. I had the pleasure of working with both Katie and Melissa. They took the time to get to know me and my style, made me feel comfortable and important, and made the process stress-free and fun. They had dresses for every style and every look, which made finding the perfect one a blast. When I did find my dream dress, the experience was one I won’t forget! Melissa helped me into it and helped show it off to my bridal party, mom, and future mother-in-law. After the fashion show, champagne glasses were brought out and the “yes to the dress” toasting and picture taking began! It was definitely a day I won’t forget.

Katie and Emily went out of their way to make sure I had the best experience possible. I was initially nervous about dress shopping as my budget was different than the traditional bridal salon customer. They were so accommodating and attentive regardless and did not put pressure on me whatsoever. Not to mention, they are very good members of the community and do amazing things! Helen altered my dress so that it fit like a glove. I felt beautiful and comfortable the whole day. Highly recommend!!!

After what was beginning to feel like an impossible journey to find my perfect dress, I went to J Bridal Boutique. Emily and Katie both made my experience finding the one exceptional.
Thankfully they had beautiful sample dresses for sale. When it came down to it, I was able to stay within my budget without being judged.
I highly recommend J Bridal Boutique for any bride!

I recently moved to Tucson, AZ and had no idea where to begin my wedding dress search. I hit the Internet and Yelp for the best places. That is where I found J Bridal and instantly loved the idea of a boutique since it provides more one on one attention for the bride-to-be. Their website was welcoming and I immediately made an appointment.
When I walked into J Bridal, I knew it was the right choice. The store alone is beautiful. Mel was so hospitable and really knew her stuff. I had no idea what type of dress I was going for (all I knew was simple yet elegant) and she was super patient and provided helpful insight. Finally, Mel asked if I was comfortable trying on a dress she thought would be a perfect fit for my figure. Since going outside my comfort zone was a reason I was there, I agreed. And thank goodness I did – I found my dress!
From beginning to end, everyone at J Bridal was friendly, full of energy, and professional. I highly recommend checking the shop out – I guarantee you will find the dress of your dreams!

From trying on dresses to alterations to picking up my gown the day before my wedding, they were there to answer any questions and to ease my stress as a bride!! Emily and Katie were so fun and easy to work with and the service is so personalized! Every time I went in to the boutique they remembered who I was and asked about my fiance (now husband) and family -- they truly care about their brides and want to build a relationship with them! I would recommend J Bridal to EVERY bride in Tucson. Their gowns are FABULOUS, but Kate and Emily are what make this boutique so amazing. -

J Bridal is a chic bridal boutique that has an inviting atmosphere accompanied by a collection of high quality, ultra-gorgeous wedding gowns. Finding a “Pinterest-perfect” wedding dress was a delightful and stress-free experience with Katie’s help. After trying on several gowns and much deliberation, Katie’s patience never waned. She was so accommodating through the entire process. Her enthusiasm and vivacious spirit were infectious which made saying YES to my dress an easy decision. I was overjoyed when I found my dress. It was truly a magical experience that my mom and I will treasure forever.
I also had the pleasure of meeting Emily and Hellen, who were also wonderful to work with and so attentive to my every need! Emily was extremely kind and helpful when it came to allowing me to borrow a veil for my boudoir shoot. Their seamstress, Hellen, was a hoot with her sense of humor, which made alterations so fun! Every time I returned to the boutique, I was greeted with the same enthusiasm and received exceptional service.
I highly recommend J Bridal Boutique without reservation!

I had an appointment scheduled but I could tell even if I had just walked in, I would get amazing service. Katie & Emily were so sweet and made the whole wedding dress shopping experience one I will never forget! They took the extra time to truly listen to what I was hoping for and were both extremely patient with me after I'd change my mind.
