We had our wedding reception at the Lodge at Ventana Canyon, and it was such a beautiful, magical evening! The huge windows allow guests to see beautiful views of the Catalina Mountains, and we had access to a beautiful patio for the whole evening (it includes hanging lights, seating, and a fire pit) for our guests to enjoy. The food was amazing (both for the rehearsal dinner and for the reception). The staff is so helpful and wonderful to work with - especially Emily, the event coordinator, who was so great about going over the final details for the reception as well as helping out with setup; she was so helpful throughout the wedding planning process since we were doing a majority of the planning ourselves, and it was comforting to know that we had someone looking out for us the whole time. Another perk is that you are given a golf cart to access the course and take pictures; some of our favorite wedding photos were taken there! I would host another large event there, again!

Words can’t even begin to describe how beautiful our wedding was at The Lodge. I still am so unbelievably amazed by how beautiful everything was and the quality of service we received through the whole wedding planning process and on the day of. My husband used to work here as the tennis head pro so we knew it was our first choice and Emily the wedding coordinator didn’t disappoint. From the start, she was very organized and gave us custom options for our wedding which allowed us to budget more appropriately. Our food tasting was one of my favorite parts of the planning. We were able to taste every meal possibility plus the appetizer options(full size meals; one for each of us). Carlos and Clayton were amazing the day of our wedding and made us feel like royalty with the quality of service we received. Our signature drink was exactly what we had requested and everyone loved it! Our guests raved about the food which was great considering that we had 140 of them. The food was all perfectly cooked and fresh for every guest. They also did an amazing job decorating for us. I made the centerpieces and told Carlos and Clayton how to set them out and they did a fantastic job. My mom called me when she had arrived earlier to tell me how beautiful it was and when I saw everything, I was amazed. The lodge was unique and elegant which was exactly what we were looking for and our guests all loved it for this reason. Have your wedding at The Lodge if you want a unique and beautiful setting at the base of the Catalina mountains!!!

My husband and I had our wedding on Mt. Lemmon in October. We stayed at The Lodge at Ventana Canyon, along with both of our parents. We called for reservations and asked for the closest room to a honeymoon suite. They recommended the Two Bedroom One Bath Suite and gave us the room with the best view. When we arrived, they had left us a bottle of wine with a congratulations card from the resort. It was incredibly sweet and we won't forget their hospitality!
