Facilities and Capacity

Set in a 26-acre property, this location offers privacy for your special day without excessive travel times. On your wedding day, you can refresh and prepare in well-appointed get-ready rooms. For your wedding ceremony, you can select from two areas of the outdoor wedding site, namely the Overlook and the Pond. These areas can host up to 300 guests for when you exchange vows. The half-mile trail through the desert to the Overlook with gorgeous sunset views can be traversed by foot or golf cart. The Pond is surrounded by thousands of subtle lights and makes a beautiful oasis backdrop for your ceremony. For your reception, this venue offers over 6,000 square feet of space in an air-conditioned building. The reception hall with wall-to-wall windows can seat up to 250 guests and the top patio seats up to another 25. The comfort of your guests will be increased by five restrooms.

Saguaro Buttes is operated on a strictly one-event-per-day policy. Popular wedding packages offer 11 hours of time on-site with premier packages going up to 14 hours. All events held at this venue can benefit from a dedicated professional event coordinator to organize your special day. Officiants, premarital counseling, rehearsal coordinators, and event planners are also readily available.

This venue can be found on the Old Spanish Trail, less than a ten-minute drive from the South Houghton Road and under a half-hour drive from downtown Tucson. Located in a beautiful area of the Southwest, there are numerous attractions in the locality. These include Saguaro National Park, Sabino Canyon, Mission San Xavier del Bac, and Colossal Cave.
