THE SERENDIPITY SPACE EVENT VENUE

The Serendipity Space is our urban industrial styled intimate venue which is located midway between Orlando and Tampa in downtown Polk City. (Lakeland area)

Serendipity consists of our main gathering area, galley lounge and catering/bar area, yoga area and great lawn. Established in 2023, Serendipity is perfect for couples not looking to break the bank when shopping for a wedding venue. You may host up to 82 guests comfortably, 100 guests being our limit per code.

Elopment weddings up to 15 guests for up to 3 hours $1200 (includes tables, linens and chairs)

DIY venue rental packages: From $2000 to $3500 depending on the season and the day of the week. (includes tables, chairs and linens)
