Welcome to Simpson Lakes! We are a brand new venue located in Dade City, Florida. We have the unique location of being right between Tampa, Orlando, and Ocala, which makes us a great choice for couples all over the state!

Our venue sits on 150 acres of land that includes gorgous oaks, beautiful pastures, and our two lakes (the reason behind the name!)

Our goal while building the veune was to make sure we thought of every little detail that would make your day as beautiful and stress free as possible. We decided on a very classic style with modern touches, which creates a timeless look that can fit perefcly with any wedding style; wether its boho, modern, rustic, or anything else you can dream up!

Our packages are designed to fit your needs and will make the planning process with us semaless and easy!

The most INCREDIBLE venue!!!

We truly had the best day of our lives at Simpson Lakes, and we cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish, everything was absolutely incredible.

Caroline, Wilton, and the entire Simpson Lakes team are some of the kindest, most genuine people we’ve ever worked with. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect.

The venue itself is stunning and created the most beautiful, romantic setting for our day. Everything flowed so seamlessly, and we were able to be fully present and soak in every moment because we knew we were in such good hands.

We are so grateful to the entire Simpson Lakes team for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more. If you’re considering getting married here, do it! You will be so happy you did.

Absolutely stunning venue!

Caroline at Simpson Lakes was amazing to work with! We just had our wedding there two weeks ago and everything about it was stunning. During the reception we got so many compliments about how beautiful the venue is and how smoothly everything was running. The crew was very accommodating throughout the entire process. She was very responsive while planning, during our wedding day they did all the heavy lifting of setting up the ceremony and transferring it to the reception area. We will definitely recommend this venue to anyone we know and we can’t wait to visit as a guest and not the bride and groom to get a different experience!!

Stunning venue

I highly recommend Simpson Lakes!!! We knew before touring that this venue was going to be the one for us. This venue was perfect for our large guest count!
Caroline and her team were absolutely amazing and very professional since day one.
The property is absolutely perfect.

Such a lovely venue

This venue is absolutely lovely and the owners are so nice and great to work with. Our wedding day went smoothly because everything was planned out in detail with them. Highly recommended!

Simpson Lakes - Most Beautiful Wedding Venue

Caroline and Wilton Jr. were absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish! They are the sweetest couple and made the planning process so easy. They were very communicative and thoughtful, even offering a list of preferred wedding vendors. Simpson Lakes is the perfect wedding venue, offering a stunning outdoor landscape for the ceremony and cocktail hour and beautiful indoor getting ready suites and reception space. We HIGHLY recommend reaching out to Caroline and booking Simpson Lakes for any couple looking for a perfect wedding day with amazing venue coordinators that shared their beautiful venue with us!!

Stunning venue and quality service

Simpson lakes is set apart from all wedding venues. The land and building itself is gorgeous. A lot of thought went into making each space functional while leaving room for each bride to spread their creative wings for their big day. Caroline is very responsive and eager to be involved in the wedding process, along with her team. When I had an issue with a vendor, Caroline provided me video surveillance footage and even offered to reach out to the vendor herself. Seeing as she got married at the venue, Caroline brought her experience and passion into bringing my vision to life. I am Forever grateful.

The most AMAZING venue!

Having our wedding at Simpson Lakes was the best decision we could have made! It is a beautiful venue with room for creativity. Caroline, her husband, and the entire Simpson Lakes team made the the planning process and wedding day seamless. They are an amazing team to work with! We received so many compliments from guests about the venue and Simpson Lakes team! You really can’t go wrong with getting married or hosting any event at Simpson Lakes!

Winter Wedding 2022

Simpson Lakes and their team were so helpful and amazing! Caroline, her husband and their most ADORABLE new venue pup made up the dream team that made our wedding day simply perfect! The venue, people, and views were all wonderful! If we had any questions, Caroline was just a text or phone call away! The convenience of having all wedding boxes checked (reception area, cocktail hour area, reception area, rain back up plan and a place to stay all in one place) in addition to the roomy bride and grooms quarters, it made for a smooth and perfect day!

100/10 perfect wedding venue

Simpson Lakes was a dream wedding venue. Caroline was an absolute angel and let me come in several times to envision my day. Their team was incredible in making sure everything was perfect. I had a stress free, amazing, beautiful day. Their team chauffeured me and my bridal party around the venue grounds to get all of the photos I wanted and made the day perfect. There's a separate space for everything which was really important to me. Space for the groomsmen, space for the bridesmaids, space for the ceremony, space for cocktail hour, and space for a reception. It was important to me that I was able to have a private first look and a secluded area for photos to calm our nerves and this venue HAD. IT. ALL. I can't recommend them enough.
