Not to sound biased, but my sister is truly the best wedding planner anyone could ever dream of having. From the moment we started planning, she poured her heart into every detail, making sure our small, intimate wedding felt as special and beautiful as the biggest celebration. She understood exactly what we wanted — and somehow made it even more magical than we imagined.
Everything about the day reflected her incredible eye for design, her kindness, and her passion for creating meaningful moments. The atmosphere, the décor, the flow of the day — it was all just perfect. There was such warmth and elegance in every detail, and I know that came from how much she genuinely cares about the couples she works with.
Her amazing team deserves every bit of praise, too. They worked so hard with such grace and positivity, making everything run seamlessly and allowing us to simply enjoy the day. I’ll always be grateful to my sister and her team for giving us not just a beautiful wedding, but the most heartfelt memories we’ll cherish forever.

Janina and the Fete team (King, Bianca & Tin) were absolutely incredible in coordinating my wedding. Janina also served as our officiant, and from start to finish, they executed everything flawlessly. I had a lot of decor and they had very little time for setup, but they took full charge and brought my vision to life without a hitch. My husband and I put our complete trust in them, and they truly delivered.

Our guests adored the team as well—they were engaging, fun, and made everyone feel comfortable. One team member took Polaroid photos of our guests, while another captured ceremony footage and guest “interviews” as part of their new content creator package. These personal touches made the day even more memorable.

My husband and I were getting overwhelmed with all the planning leading up to the wedding, so we ended deciding we needed some help. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without Janina coming in and helping us out! Janina was on top of everything leading up the wedding. She made sure we stayed on top of all the things that needed to get done and she was very organized and experienced with the whole process! We were still missing a hair/makeup artist and florist at the time, and she had the recommendations all ready to go and contacted them immediately. The communication and organization was everything we needed and more to help plan our special day!

There was also absolutely nothing for me to worry about during the day itself because of Janina and her team handling it all! Her team was just as a passionate and organized as she was! The whole team made us feel taken care of and it was like they were on a mission to make sure we had nothing worry about! Our bridal party and parents also had so many compliments with how great they were and they knew exactly where they had to be and when!

Choosing Janina as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made in the entire wedding planning process. As a day-of-coordinator she was spectacular, able to predict what we needed before we asked, and had ample staff to help make sure our dream wedding went perfectly, and it did! Janina and her team were able to be everywhere at once, and do everything we needed, and we hardly even realized the extent to how helpful they were.

Having her start three months before our wedding day was also massively important, and incredibly helpful. From tedious but necessary tasks like collecting certificates of insurance, getting vendor head counts for meals, to helping make a perfect wedding schedule, it’s difficult to imagine how we would have gotten the wedding together without her. We cannot recommend her highly enough, and appreciate the amazing work that her and her team did to make our wedding dream come true.

If I could give Janina and her team 1 million stars...I would. From the very beginning when my now husband and I had our consultation with her, she made us feel so comfortable, like a friend we'd known forever.

We always had prompt responses from Janina along the way, whether through text or email! She answered our hundreds of questions and eased our worried minds, and even encouraged us to vent to her if we needed to! SHE IS THE BEST. The processes was 1000x more organized and less stressful with her guidance.

As for the wedding day, Janina and her team simply blew me away and exceeded our expectations. I knew that Janina, Sasa, and Bianca were there to help but I truly did not realize just how much they would be doing the day of. The level of organization was incredible. They allowed my family to really be present and enjoy the festivities as they handled the timeline for the entire day, including setting up our reception decor and taking them down at the end of the night.

Story time! Sasa rode with my family and I in the limo to the church, I began to get nauseous from the nerves and Sasa reaches in her backpack and hands me plastic bag lined with tissue AND anti nausea medication!!! LIKE WHAT?! Wait it gets better... as I'm about to drink from a water bottle, she hands me a straw so I don't ruin my lipgloss!!!

These ladies CARE. Kind is an understatement. They are compassionate and really want to make this day so special for you. You can feel the love and passion for what they do. Simply put, hiring Janina and her team was the most important and BEST decision we made for our wedding. On your wedding day there are so many moving parts, so much happening, and unexpected things both big and small are bound to come up. Janina and her team handle everything with exceptional professionalism and care. They will go out of their way to make sure you do not have to think about anything other than enjoying your wedding day. Janina would do monthly check ins with us and as it gets closer to our day, it would be more frequent making sure that everything is ready and that our vendors are all aligned. Her and her team think about every little detail and cross-check things that you never even think of. While I was getting my make up done, Janina's team double checked every item we needed and when one of the team opened my wedding shoe box, they noticed I was given two left shoes! Without a moment's hesitation, the team ran to Neiman's and swapped out one for a right shoe just in time for our scheduled photos.

During cocktail hour they prepared a plate of our hors d'oeuvres and a drink for us in the bridal suite so we could have a moment to ourselves. The team checked in with us from time to time making sure we are good and if we needed anything. They took care of timelines, assembling groups for various photos, vendor coordination, and more to make the day as stress-free as possible.

To top it off, they are genuinely wonderful people. They care and are attentive throughout the entire day. They even stopped by our hotel the next day to say goodbye. I'm not sure if we've ever met such wonderful people who are so great at what they do in the entire hospitality industry!

It can be overwhelming to choose from so many vendors for various things. This is a no brainer. Janina and her team are truly the best and we gained genuine friends after the wedding! I'd recommend them over and over again!

Absolutely the best! Janina and her team put us up above and beyond. They took care of everything for us. She gave us to-do lists and reminders prior to the day of and even though we still forgot some details on our wedding day, they still worked it out and created a beautiful wedding! I, the bride, had a last minute change during the reception and they still pulled it off. The vision of the decorations were executed more than what I have expected as well. From the beginning of the day and from time to time they will check on you and ask you how you are feeling, if you need to go on a break/touch up, or if you need a drink, they literally take care of you!
