Both of our siblings had used It’s Electric for their weddings and had wonderful experiences, so we went into the process with high expectations. After working with them ourselves, it's easy to see why they come so highly recommended.

From the very beginning, communication was excellent. Jaclyn, Chuin, and Nick were incredibly responsive, answered all of our questions promptly, and made the planning process feel effortless. We also appreciated the ability to customize the photo strip layout and border design to match our wedding aesthetic. The process was simple, and the final product looked beautiful.

On the wedding day, they arrived on time, handled setup without any issues, and ran everything seamlessly throughout the evening. We booked It’s Electric for three hours, and guests of all ages loved the props and had so much fun taking photos throughout the night. The instant prints were a huge hit, and we also loved receiving digital copies of all the photos afterward so we could relive those memories.

The pricing was very reasonable given the quality of service and experience they provided. I recently hired It's Electric Photobooth for our engagement party, and I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and absolutely perfect. The booking process was super easy, and the team was incredibly responsive to all my questions leading up to the big day. On the day of the event, the photobooth arrived on time and was set up quickly without disrupting the flow of our celebration. The photobooth itself was a huge hit! It was so much fun for guests, and the props they provided were hilarious. The high-quality photos were instantly printed, which was such a fun souvenir for everyone. Plus, the option to customize the photo strip with our engagement details was a nice personal touch. The attendants were friendly and professional, ensuring everything ran smoothly. I also loved that they provided an online gallery after the event, so we could relive the fun moments and download all the pictures. Our attendants also printed us a photo strip of all pics taken which was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and extremely thoughtful! They did the Photo Booth for my wedding at NYBG for 160. They were so courteous and communicative. Also the photos turned out absolutely amazing. SO SO WORTH IT!

It’s Electric was such a surprise find for us! Chuin was easy to work with and quick to answer any question we came up with. Love that they will work with artwork you design for your photo strips. The attendants were on time and so nice throughout the night. The photobooth was exactly what we hoped for. We highly recommend It’s Electric.

Chuin and team were great! Chuin was extremely responsive throughout the booking process and the day-of attendants were professional and prompt. It's Electric was also very accommodating as we wanted to use our own custom photo backdrop, and they were very helpful in making sure we had the correct dimensions. They also offered to have a backup in case we ran into issues with ours on the day of, and even ended up coming a bit earlier to ensure things went smoothly. We'd definitely use them again!

The photo quality is the best I have ever gotten from an event photo booth. I was pleasantly surprised by this company and you should 100% use them for all of your Photo Booth needs.

Working with It's Electric was SO easy and seamless when we were planning our wedding. We were very late on finalizing all of our details and they rolled with all the punches when we hired them as the photobooth at our after-party. It's Electric was easy to work with and had very reasonable pricing! In addition to the photo booth, they set up a scrap book station for our guests - ever photo our guests took was printed in double so that they could leave a copy for us in the scrap book. We also got digital copies of all the photos. We are really happy we found this team for our wedding!
