I cannot recommend Friendly Diamonds enough! The customer care team is awesome! Highly responsive and helpful and well, friendly :) I was hesitant to order a diamond ring online, but they eased all of my worries away.

The price for the quality blew me away! Pictures don’t do it justice!

I custom made a ring with friendly diamonds and it turned out absolutely beautiful! I was able to select the setting, color, and pick an individual stone that met my wishes perfectly. After submitting the order it was shipped within two weeks and got here in about a day. There was a slight difference in the setting vs what was showed online and after contacting their customer service they immediately provided return shipping and fixed the ring to perfectly resemble the listing image I had initially gone off of. I would absolutely purchase more pieces from them after my experience with both the ring and the responsiveness and care from their team.

We’ve lived near each other our whole lives but never knew it! She went to school with some of my cousins and mutual friends but we had never met or even heard of each other. Fast forward to 3 years ago (May is our anniversary), we were both single and looking for that special someone to spend the rest of our lives with. I began researching rings, I love to research everything before I buy. I was so annoyed with the big box retailers and their insane markups. I was getting tired of finding online retailers that either had diamonds for a good price but the ring was crazy expensive, or vice versa. I came across Friendly Diamonds and they had both for very reasonable prices! Plus the ring design selections were amazing. I pulled the trigger and bought the exact ring she wanted. Only hours after ordering it I was contacted by customer service and they offered me a bigger diamond with even better color for free! I of course said yes. For our anniversary last year we were at the river (Parker, AZ) and took a picture on my friend’s boat in front of the Parker dam. It was so magical that I wanted to ask her in that same spot. The river is her “happy place”. So last Saturday, 4/19/25, we were at the river with some friends and I did exactly that!

Ring came in fast and in good condition, the ring was beautiful and the packaging was beautiful as well

I ordered a pair of 3.18 tcw diamond studs. The earrings arrive in beautiful packaging and the stones were stunning.
Unfortunately the setting style was not suitable for my earlobe - I spoke with customer service and then went into the their office and Juan was so knowledgeable and patiently showed me various options. Given I loved my stones I chose to just have it reset in a more suitable setting. Juan stayed in touch with me keeping me updated and was able to have them
Reset for me in under a week. I couldn’t be happier!
