I cannot recommend Friendly Diamonds enough! The customer care team is awesome! Highly responsive and helpful and well, friendly :) I was hesitant to order a diamond ring online, but they eased all of my worries away.

Amazing Engagement Ring
We’ve lived near each other our whole lives but never knew it! She went to school with some of my cousins and mutual friends but we had never met or even heard of each other. Fast forward to 3 years ago (May is our anniversary), we were both single and looking for that special someone to spend the rest of our lives with. We met on a dating app (Coffee Meets Bagel) and started talking. Pretty much from the moment we started chatting there hasn’t been a single day that we haven’t spoken to each other. Stunning earrings and exceptional customer service!
I ordered a pair of 3.18 tcw diamond studs. The earrings arrive in beautiful packaging and the stones were stunning.
Unfortunately the setting style was not suitable for my earlobe - I spoke with customer service and then went into the their office and Juan was so knowledgeable and patiently showed me various options. Given I loved my stones I chose to just have it reset in a more suitable setting. Juan stayed in touch with me keeping me updated and was able to have them
Reset for me in under a week. I couldn’t be happier! -

I was not to happy regarding the option to upgrade. After passing it up 10 days later I was contacted regarding the offer. The diamond that was offered originally was not an upgrade compared to the one that I purchased in my order. When I said this, she began looking for diamonds that would be considered an upgrade. I purchased a GIA 3ct h color vs2 the lady was offering me a IGI 3,02ct g color. We later settled on a 3.22 g color I believe vs2 might have been vs1. She asked me to trust her and they have a 30 day refund policy so I went ahead and did the upgrade. I was told that the ring... -

I chose an engagement ring and wedding band set from Friendly Diamonds on Rare Carat. The process was super easy, very informative, and the rings are beautiful. The Friendly Diamonds customer service was very attentive and kept me informed on the arrival date. It actually arrived earlier than estimated!
There was a ton of information on the diamond including the cut, carat size, clarity, and more. The rings were shipped with additional insurance and required a signature. When the rings arrived, they were packaged nicely and very protected.
I would 100% buy from Friendly Diamonds again! -
