Ron has been in the catering industry for 13 years. Working for several different catering establishments in Southern Oregon before he moved to Portland to pursue a degree in Patisserie and Baking from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Ron has been making delicious culinary treats for Portland since 2005.

After 13 + years of working for catering companies and hotels, assisting people with their special events, Ron took the jump and started Fork It Catering to give people the option of exquisite food at a reasonable budget.
