Grace created my original wedding flower preservation frame, and after it unfortunately fell of a shelf and was shattered, I reached out hoping there might be some way to save it. From the very beginning, Grace was unbelievably kind and communicative throughout the entire process.

She took so much time to walk me through the options, carefully handled the shattered pieces I sent back, and truly treated the project with the same sentimental care that I felt about it. Grace's generosity and willingness to take on such a delicate remake meant so much to me.
