About
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Chef Heather Wong started her career in 2007 with her popular blog and custom dessert delivery service, The Scootabaker, with flavors highlighting her Chinese and Mexican heritage.
She spent time at Bottega Louie, Sweetsalt, Cascabel, and Josephine Bakery serving as Executive Pastry Chef. She can be seen making it to the semi-finals on season 4 of the perennial fan favorite Spring Baking Championship on The Food Network.
Opening FLOURING in the summer of 2020, Heather aims to focus on a Southern California inspired taste and aesthetic, using only sustainably sourced, organic ingredients from local farmers and vendors. Happily serving the Los Angeles community since 2009, and now head of a small, women-led team.
