Randi is easy to work with, good at communicating and she put together some absolutely stunning floral pieces for our wedding. She clearly loves what she does and it shows. She worked with our golf theme and budget and delivered the flowers herself and ensured the setup was perfect. We had many guests comment on how beautiful the flowers were—truly a standout. Randi was so amazing, she really cares about the couples experience and takes a lot of pride in her work. All I knew when I walked into my first appointment was that I wanted one specific kind of rose. I know nothing about flowers. Randi not only found this rare rose, but made sure they came in on time and cured perfectly to match the tone of my wedding day. She also paired them with the perfect compliments to further showcase the roses. I gave her some key words, showed her a handful of photos, and her talent made my vision a reality. We would chose Randi again and again for any occasion that includes floral. She even brought me a center piece the morning before the wedding that was a sample of what our beautiful flowers were going to look like. Randi spent the time with us and walked through the process with us like a true professional. She doesn't miss a detail and her crew was superb. We were married at Horseshoe Bay Resort in March of 2019 and our flowers were the most beautiful I've ever seen at a wedding!

Pretty disappointed with my wedding flowers. We paid a pretty penny for eight bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, plus a floral cross arrangement. I had high expectations after seeing the exceptional photos on Randi's website. As a customer who spent the average amount for US wedding flowers, I feel like an after thought. I constantly had to bug Randi to honor previously stated pricing and add line items to my order. I feel like some frustration was brought out on my order. The flower drop off was supposed to happen at 9am. The florist notified me via text 12 minutes before 9am that they were at the venue dropping off our flowers. I asked the florist to wait because we would be there at 9am. The florist responded later that they had already left. My Dad pulled up to the venue right as the florist was leaving and they did not stop. I pulled up a few minutes before 9am. It seemed like the florist dropped off bad flower bouquets and knew it. I know flowers open up through out the day and that I ordered smaller bouquets, but my wedding flower bouquets seemed old with the exception that the floral cross arrangement looked great. My order felt like it was thrown together with whatever white roses were around and not carefully thought through and planned. The vibe I get is for Floral Designs by Randi to care you need to be spending big money. I really wish that people valued all of their customers because after all it's everyone's wedding day despite how much money they are spending. Additionally, I will be speaking to my venue as well to share my experience. I do not want other brides to go through this experience.
