I am so happy I chose Flare’s to find my dream dress for our wedding! My soon-to-be sister-in-law had gotten her wedding dress at this same shop a few years ago, so I was confident that I would have a great experience. I was a little late on the dress hunt, having set my appointment only 7 months before the big day. Luckily Ray was reassuring that they will make it work, and my dress will be delivered and altered in time.

I did the 2 hour VIP appointment, which was worth it for being able to bring my closest loved ones, and receiving the fabulous customer service from Ray. My VIP appointment came with a bottle of non-alcoholic champagne and macarons, which was so lovely!! Ray was the highlight of my Flares experience. I showed her just a few photos of my dress inspo, and she started pulling dresses for me to try. She chose THE dress after just 3 options! It was amazing how fast she can pick up what would look fantastic on me and fit my vision. Ray was so sweet and accommodating, and I would highly recommend her, and this shop! I did my first alteration fitting today, and will return in a month for the next fitting. Lissa was also super friendly and helped me set up my next appointment. I will add more details once the final alterations to my dress are complete. Definitely having a wonderful experience so far!
