A huge thank you to Shelby at First Dance Films for her videography on our daughter's wedding. Our package included a teaser, 12 minute clip, and later we added full length video of the wedding. All items were done beautifully and with care. The 12 minute clip was incredible!! our Indian 1 + hour wedding had so many moments that I was concerned may not be captured into the 12 minute, but Shelby did it!! Without a doubt, I will continue to count on First Dance Films for my other daughter's weddings:))

When we postponed our wedding due to covid, we still had First Dance capture our elopement and it was absolutely breathtaking. We were so lucky to have stumbled upon Shelby & Josh. They are truly such kind, good hearted people and I believe they put their all into our film. From the teaser to the final film, we were beyond words. They captured so many beautiful moments that when looking back.. we hadn’t even remembered! The quality of the film was literally that of a short movie. We have nothing but amazing things to say about our experience with these two and love them so much!!

Finding the perfect videographer for my wedding was one of the most important aspects of planning for me. Especially because I’ve filmed a few weddings myself, I know how much hard work goes into it. I searched through what seemed like every wedding video company in the Colorado area and beyond, comparing prices and quality. I narrowed them all down based on the quality of the resolution, lighting, color, audio, length, and style. I also needed two cameras and a day-after shoot up in a precarious mountain location. Shelby and Josh at First Dance Films were able to deliver all of these things at a really competitive price, and I was so happy with their professionalism, willingness, and coverage. I never had to worry about where they were or if they were getting the shots. They captured everything beautifully, were very enthusiastic about the theme of my wedding, and were very creative. They really went the extra mile for me, and I’m so happy that I can look back at the most magical day of my life over and over again!

It’s hard to say anything about First Dance Films that hasn’t already been said in previous reviews, but I’ll try! Shelby and Josh are amazing videographers and all around awesome human beings. My husband was actually pretty indifferent to having a wedding video initially, and after seeing the teaser he felt completely different and SO happy we got one (and even more so after seeing our final film!) They were professional but fun, easy to work with, collaborated with other vendors, and put together a better video than I could have imagined. I spent an hour after receiving our final film watching it on repeat- it was THAT good! They captured so many touching and funny moments from our wedding that was so fun to watch back. I really couldn’t have asked for anything more! If you want to work with 2 rad people who will make such a great wedding video that you will watch so many times that you have to charge your phone multiple times a day, these guys are it! We can’t wait to watch our film every year on our anniversary, and probably a million other times if I’m being honest.

From beginning to end, they were friendly, kind, supportive, flexible and worked so great with our photographer leading up to and the day of our wedding. When we received the final product we were in awe and in tears with the quality of their work. So much happens the day of the wedding that goes in a blur and getting to watch our video put me right back into the best parts of the most incredible day of our lives.
