Do I need a wedding planner?

Yes, and you will thank us! A professional full-service wedding coordinator (or partial planner) is required for our Deluxe Day Rental and Luxury Weekend Buyout packages. They ensure your day runs seamlessly so you can relax and celebrate. Our trusted recommendations are listed below.

Can we stay on-site?

Absolutely. Our Luxury Weekend Buyout includes exclusive access to accommodations for two nights. Additional nights may be available for each cabin depending on availability.

Do you have food and beverage minimums?

No, we do not as we work on a cost plus basis with all vendors. You have control over your catering budget; however, catering partners and bar package providers must be licensed and properly insured. That information, along with final contracts needs to be submitted no less than 60 days prior to the event.

Can we host additional events during our weekend?

Yes! Welcome parties, farewell brunches, and rehearsal dinners are encouraged with our Luxury Weekend Buyout package. All events must be overseen by your planner, and catering/bar services must be through our approved partners.

Venue Details

Are the cabins included in the venue rental?

Yes! Our Luxury Weekend Buyout includes the Lodge, three Manor House rooms, and stand-alone cabins as accommodations for your family and guests. (Full Manor House rental available for an additional fee.)

How close are you to downtown Highlands?

Only 7.2 miles away (about an 11-minute drive) from downtown Highlands and 15 minutes to Clayton, GA.

What if we don't need accommodations?

Our accommodations are a key advantage due to the area's limited lodging. However, if you don't require them, we recommend a weekday event (Monday–Thursday) or our Deluxe Day Rental package.
