Falon was available for all of our questions via email before our wedding with very quick responses. It was amazing having someone there to answer all kinds of questions that we never thought about beforehand... etiquette, schedule, who gets tips and how much do they expect, what do we do with leftovers and flowers... and that was all BEFORE her help at the rehearsal and wedding.
Falon guided us through where to be at what time, where our wedding party stands during the ceremony, and what order to do things in. She also contacted our vendors to confirm all timings, set up our welcome signs and favors, queued our DJ, kept our vendors on schedule, and checked in on is throughout the day/night to see how we were doing. I know she did so many more things that we can't even remember, because everything just ran so smoothly.
We really appreciated knowing that everything would be taken care of. Falon was super pleasant to work with, very organized, and very professional.

Hiring Falon as our day of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. She is amazing - calm, collected, and so well organized! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she helped us nail down a timeline, finalized details with our vendors, and ensured she understood how and where we wanted our decorations set up. She had worked at our venue before and had a bunch of useful suggestions. Falon was always super quick to reply to our emails, too.

On the day of the wedding, Falon set everything up, worked with the DJ and other vendors to make sure everything was going according to schedule, and was just a superstar in general. At the end of the night, while we were dancing with our friends, she was cleaning up all the decorations. By the time we said our goodbyes, our car was already packed, so we could just roll out of there, which was so great, considering how exhausted we were.

The day of our wedding was so fun and so perfect, and neither of us was stressed at all. We knew Falon had it all under control, and everything went perfectly. As a worrier, it was so nice to be able to entrust all the small details to someone else for the day. Falon's contributions to our wedding were invaluable. We are so, so glad we worked with her.

She will consult with you and help you plan your wedding yourself and then she will run the show and let you relax on the big day. For a very reasonable price she sets up all your decorations, coordinates all your vendors arrivals and set up and final payments, keeps things on schedule, and packs everything up at the end. There is no way I could have pulled off my DIY wedding without Falon. She even gave me unlimited email consultation during my planning process and came to my rehearsal. She also brings her friendly personality and love of weddings to your big day. You want your members of your wedding team to actually care beyond it being a paying job, and that's what Falon brings.
