I found that Fallon was extremely detail oriented, an advocate for her clients to recieve the most bang for their buck, thought of VIP guests in timing/menus, worked hard behind the scenes to build in surpise moments for the couple and, most importantly, even keel & solution based during any unforseen problem solving onsite.

We interviewed several well-established wedding planners. All came highly-recommended as being great at what they do. However, we connected with Fallon immediately because she listened calmly as we went back and forth (hey, we were clueless about this wedding thing!) on what we wanted. My groom and I could never have done it without Fallon! We commissioned her for our "month-of" coordination, and she did an amazing job. She held thorough meetings with us, covering many essential details that we never even thought about, handled our vendors with the utmost professionalism, and even recognized and negotiated areas in our contracts to save us some dollars. Through her proven expertise, we trusted her to counsel us on areas that we were indecisive or unsure about. We had complex decor installed for the ceremony and reception, and she handled all vendors on the wedding day to perfection, allowing us to enjoy our day with our family and friends. We ADORED working with Fallon. I can't possibly recommend her highly enough. She has incredible vision and taste, and also listened really well and really understood what we were looking for. She made our wedding gorgeous and personal, she was incredibly fun to work with, she's super organized, she solved problems like magic... Fallon found a lighting designer for us the DAY before the wedding, when our plan fell through, and completely saved the day. Our other vendors even told us how much they enjoyed working with her, and that we were lucky to find her. She respected our budget and helped us decide where it was worth it to spend more, and where it wouldn't really make a difference. Fallon is seriously the best in the game and she has my highest recommendation.

I'm happy to say that I was pretty much a stress free bride! Partly b/c of my type A personality and a true Virgo at heart but also b/c Fallon was my go to gal. I used Fallon as a bridal consultant for the preliminary planning stages and as my day of coordinator. She truly took my theme seriously and helped brainstorm different ideas to make it come to life. Since I've never had to use any kind of bridal consultant/day of coordinator, I didn't know what to expect but Fallon was fantastic. Our families were impressed with how she handled things as smoothly as can be on the big day and how professional she was. Her attitude was calm when things seemed stressful and she kept things right on schedule. Working on a wedding a whole year and a half ahead can be a daunting task but with Fallon as your guide, the impossible seems to be much more possible! Fallon Carter is AMAZING. I hired her to assist me with last minute details two weeks before my wedding and day-of services. I am so, so happy that I hired her. She is so thorough, highly organized, professional, detailed, kind, and helped me with everything. I am very Type A and an organized person, so I was very impressed how she thought of things that never even crossed my mind. Fallon made wedding planning a joy. She never judged us for the “not so great” suggestions and addressed our concerns when we had them.
