Step back in time to Fairyhouse Hall. Our magical Georgian manor house and 13 acre estate with formal stone walled garden is within 10 miles of downtown Lexington and the Airport on Lexington's most scenic historic byway, Delong Road. The Inn hosts up to 16 guests and our private chef prepares curated farm to table meals for those staying at the Inn.

We offer 3 options for your celebration at Fairyhouse Hall running from noon Friday until noon Sunday. (Additional days and meals may be added.)

1. Use of the estate grounds, gardens, 400 sq. ft. prep/lounge room (with electricity, water, refrigerator/freezer) and adjacent bedroom suite and bathroom. 2 site coordinators. $4500.00.

2. Use of the 6 suite Inn for 10 guests, (including the bridal suite) and one full breakfast.= $3000.00. (Additional guests are $100.00 per night per guest.)

3. Combination package of #1 and #2 = $7000.00.

A 90 foot long patio and covered porch are attached the manor house to create an amazing circular flow for an outoor event. Church pews for 125 are included in the rental. Events under 50 may be produced in-house and may be held indoors or out (including tables, chairs, linens, glassware, china, flatware.)

Fairyhouse Hall estate grounds may be rented with or without catering, but an experienced site coordinator is always included to perfect the event. All meals and the rehearsal dinner may be held on site for no additional venue fee when the chef is engaged. Meals are curated privately with the chef and prices based accordingly.

NOTE: Fairyhouse Hall is a private estate and is not open for public tours. Site visits are by appointment. Prices exclude Kentucky Sales/Transient Tax and an event day insurance policy.
