Historic Shelby Manor at Arcadia Farm is a unique, historic wedding venue in Stanford, Kentucky. A mansion with an elegant estate vibe, it’s a beautifully romantic and elegant space for your event. In 1836, the Shelby Manor at Arcadia was built by Kentucky’s very first governor, mixing a dash of history into your event. They have been part of the local wedding industry since 2015.

Facilities and Capacity

Historic Shelby Manor at Arcadia Farm offers both covered and uncovered outdoor locations, as well as an indoor location and scenic views all around!

Situated on 625 acres of bluegrass countryside, the venue can accommodate up to 200 guests in our octagon shaped wedding pavilion with ceremony sites available outside the historic Shelby Manor and throughout the Arcadia Farm. The tranquil, intimate environment is created by the surrounding scenery:

• Large shade trees and green lawns
• Lush green vista and whimsical meadows
• An Historic Mansion with a picturesque drive
• Vast farmland scenery and miles of black fencing
• Private gates opening to a beautiful location

Services Offered

Whether it’s your wedding, a bridal shower, a ceremony, an elopement, an engagement party, a reception, or a rehearsal dinner, Historic Shelby Manor at Arcadia Farm is happy to provide you space. When reserved, couples can have exclusive use of the grounds the day before their wedding in order to host the rehearsal dinner and prepare decorations. Arcadia aims to create a relaxed atmosphere for every couple. The staff at Arcadia is also willing to work with approved outside vendors as needed.

Within our Arcadia offerings, we do have on-site catering available as well as coordinating services, but these are not required services. While we supply you with tables and chairs, including ceremony chairs, we can also offer rental items such as arches/backdrops, linens, serviceware, and overnight accommodations.

Overnight Accommodations

We have a gift of hospitality at Arcadia. Before booking your block of rooms in the area, consider housing some of your guests, wedding party and family with us. The historic mansion has guest rooms available as well as a fun bunkhouse over one of the barns. Coming soon will be additional guest cottages for your convenience and comfort.
