Experience
Members of the EVOKE planning team offer extensive hotel, restaurant, catering, floral design, fashion, marketing, and public relations experience. President and founder Jodi Moraru has personally crafted major events for multiple well-known companies, including SpaceX, Google, and Facebook. She also regularly serves such charities as The Mulholland Family Foundation. Chief Creative Director Jeannette Tavares previously worked as the Events Manager for the prestigious Washingtonian Magazine, and serves as the lead designer for all destination weddings. EVOKE is also the preferred planner for a variety of venues, including The Ocean Club and the Ritz Carlton Dorado Beach.

Every planning package is customized to your particular wedding’s style, budget, and needs. Your initial consultation is always complimentary. Event coordination packages can cover venue selection, budget management, vendor negotiations, design, transportation, logistics, and on-site staffing. Planning can be as collaborative as you desire, and decor covers production, set design, lighting, floral needs, audio equipment, and digital integration. For destination weddings, the EVOKE team is able to reserve custom excursions and travel accommodations for you and your guests.
