On a more specific level, we had a bit of a last second snafoo with our event space, and without Evoke, it probably could’ve been disastrous, but Evoke moved mountains and made sure our everything turned out just the way we wanted. Without them, it wouldn’t have been possible.

Hiring the ladies of Evoke is 100% the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. Bringing them (Jodi, Jeanette, Stephanie & specifically the most wonderful Kaitlyn) on from almost the very beginning, made our planning stress-free, empowering & exciting. I work in events & didn't want to feel like planning my wedding was work. I met Kaitlyn, instantly clicked and realized quickly 1) how fun the process would be 2) how amazing our wedding would be 3) that hiring Evoke would be worth every single penny of our investment.

Our wedding was unique for a couple reasons: we were hosting a brunch wedding and it was just six months after our engagement. Kaitlyn worked quickly, efficiently and creatively. She is easy going, patient and always so kind. She presented a selection of vendors that we could choose from, curating those who she thought would be good matches for our vision. We felt confident in those she was recommending and ended up with THE best vendor team for our wedding. Planning with Kaitlyn was like hanging out with an old friend. She took time to understand what was most important to us. She embraced our uncommon requests (handmade chocolate covered cashews for each table) and helped us to creatively apply the things that were important to us. For example, we love to travel so she sourced leather luggage tags for escort cards and I love puns so she designed brunch pun cocktail napkins that our guests ended up collecting throughout the cocktail reception. The day of the wedding was stress-free as far as planning goes. Kaitlyn & her on-site team (Cassie & Nadine) made everyone comfortable and relaxed. Not only were they in eyesight from start to finish (even with the 6am alpine hair & makeup start!) they coordinated and executed the day to perfection and made the wedding party and each guest feel cared for and welcome.

I'm confident she has become a friend for life. I would recommend working with Kaitlyn & the Evoke team without hesitation.

Jodi and her team were a blessing! Jodi took into account our personalities and hopes, and found us the absolute perfect venue! She showed us the best vendors, had amazing ideas to make our day more us, and was just a downright joy to be around! Our wedding day was better than we could have imagined, thanks to her!
