The EVL Events team will attempt to exceed all of your expectations with their overall expertise, creative flair, and thoughtful guidance as they assist you in planning every aspect of your dream wedding.

EVL Events is a full-service business that is available for planning religious and non-religious ceremonies and civil unions. Samantha and the team at EVL Events will go over your wedding day budget with you, help you with your guest list, refer you to preferred vendors in the Western New York area, write up a series of timelines and to-do lists so you can sit back, relax and enjoy a stress-free wedding day. EVL Events offers day-of coordination, partial and full planning, and event design services.

Best Wedding Planner!

Sam was absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with! She is the nicest and sweetest person ever and always got back to me super quick with any questions I had. She brought my vision to life and our wedding day was better than I ever imagined! I honestly don’t know how I would have done it all without her. Our wedding day was worry free because Sam literally took care of everything and we got to enjoy every moment together and with our guests. 1000/10 would recommend Sam and her team!

Wedding Planning QUEEN

Working with Sam was the best decision we could have made during our wedding process. As soon as we got engaged I knew I had to work with her. We had an initial phone call to determine if we would be a good fit and instantly hit it off. I initially presented her with one vision and eventually flipped the script on her and changed the whole vision. Sam didn’t miss a beat and helped us bring our new vision to life. She helped us with vendor recommendations that fit our budget and vibe. She was always available for questions and concerns even regarding what may seem like the tiniest detail. It was literally like she saw our Pinterest board and hit copy & paste! Sam also created our entire day of timeline which kept everyone on schedule. My husband and I were able to truly be present and enjoy our wedding day because of Sam and her team. They have a special knack for understanding what’s important to their couples and ensuring their day goes their way. We couldn’t imagine our day without Sam and will forever sing her praises!

Amazing Wedding Planner/Coordinator

Sam Nelson of EVL Events is nothing short of a wedding miracle worker. From the moment we started planning, Sam brought our wedding vision to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined. Every detail was meticulously handled in advance of the wedding and on the day she transformed our venue into something beyond beautiful. When the rain started pouring on the big day, Sam stayed calm under the deluge. She handled it with grace, creativity, and sheer brilliance, ensuring everything ran perfectly despite the weather. Her assistant, Lauren, was also fantastic—together, they were an unstoppable team. Sam’s attention to detail, her impeccable style, and her calm, supportive nature made the entire process not only stress-free but truly enjoyable. Every couple deserves a Sam on their wedding day! We are endlessly grateful for everything she did and would recommend her with our highest praise to any couple looking for perfection on their special day.
