April was absolutely incredible to work with as a full-service wedding planner. She made planning fun and easy, and our day was absolutely flawless. Hiring April of Evergreen Weddings as our Day-of-Coordinator was hands down the BEST decision we made for our wedding day! From start to finish, April made sure our day ran smoothly and was the #1 reason why we were able to relax and just enjoy every moment of our day. At the end of the day, my husband even said he was so impressed with her that he wished that we had hired her as our full-on wedding planner instead of just for the day-of.

Even though we only hired her as a day-of-coordinator, April reached out a few weeks before the wedding to check in and make sure planning was going well. She provided feedback on our schedule for the day, gathered all of our vendor info, and even reached out to them ahead of time to introduce herself and make sure they were all aware of the wedding day schedule.

On our wedding day, April made sure all vendors were ready to go, made sure everything was on schedule, and checked in with my husband and I periodically to make sure we were having a good time and always had a cocktail or water. If anything went awry that day, we never noticed because she made the day flow SO smoothly. Once the evening kicked off, she was behind the scenes unless somebody spilled a drink on the dance floor.....in that case, it was like she magically appeared and had it cleaned up within five seconds!

At the end of the night, April handled ALL of the clean up! My biggest stress for my wedding decor was that my husband and I would be stuck cleaning everything up ourselves that night. But that was so not the case. My husband and I got to do a big sendoff at the end of the night, and April packed up every last piece of decor and cleaned the entire venue.

Truly, we are forever grateful for April and the work she did to make our wedding day relaxing, stress-free and so so special.

Evergreen Weddings & Events provided me with the most stress free wedding day imaginable! I was blown away by April's great eye for detail, amazing orginizational skills, and her sweet and helpful personality. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. She managed a snack/beverage station at the church, packed up all my ceremony extras to be sent to the reception venue, and decorated the reception hall among many other things. Basically she made sure I had the best day ever and didn't have to worry about a single thing!
