Aubry is a LIFE SAVER. She had everything lined up and ready to go, even had all of the little things (i.e. plates full of food for us to not wait in line, etc.) set and done. I could not have asked for anything more. She truly has the touch! If I could recommend Evergreen Events LLC a million times over, I would! Aubry, you're the best!!

We had such a wonderful experience with Evergreen Events! We are two busy teachers and hiring Evergreen Events to plan our wedding was the best decision! Evergreen Events was worth every affordable penny! Aubry was absolutely fantastic! She is a wealth of knowledge and ideas. The minute you meet her you can tell she loves what she does. Her enthusiasm is contagious! She worked with our schedules, budget and vision to create the most amazing wedding of our dreams! Her thorough organization and contacts with a variety of vendors allowed for us to have what we wanted and stay within our budget! Her expertise in her field continued to impress not only us, but our friends and family who interacted with her as well. She truly went above and beyond what we could have ever expected to make our wedding planning and wedding day flow seamlessly without a hitch! Having her there the day of the wedding allowed us the opportunity to enjoy our day with family and friends since she took care of all of the various schedules, greeting vendors and making sure everything ran on time and according to our plan. I loved that she followed up with me each week and sent me a checklist of what needed to be taken care of and when. She also contacted all of our vendors and provided them with timelines and made sure they knew what was expected of them. You MUST have Aubry looking after you on your wedding day! During our engagement, I was completing my last year and a half of medical school. I barely had time to sleep, let alone worry about contacting tons of vendors or trying to arrange the last minute details of our big day. On top of that, I was a pretty lazy bride and put a lot of things off until close{ish} to the big day. I'm pretty much the poster child for people who need a wedding planner in order to make the day actually happen.

Aubry did an incredible job helping me stay on top of my planning and made the hard decisions a whole lot easier! Before the wedding, she confirmed day-of schedules with all of my vendors and made sure things would go smoothly. During the entire wedding weekend she worked tirelessly so my husband and I could relax and enjoy ourselves. She got to the wedding venue before it even opened to start overseeing set up, secured our dinner and a few of our signature cocktails while we were taking pictures after the ceremony, and handled plenty of our guests' drunken antics while staying calm, classy and organized. She truly kept her focus on my husband and I and making sure we had the wedding and reception we envisioned. I can't recommend Evergreen Events highly enough!

Aubrey was an absolute day-saver!!
